USF's St. Petersburg campus, the Judy Genshaft Honors College Student Council, the City of St. Petersburg and Bayfront Health are partnering to organize this trunk or treat event. Children can walk down the sidewalk and enjoy treats, face painting, mummy wrapping, mini-pumpkin decorating, a costume contest and other spooky activities. Register here.
DEBATING FLORIDA'S CONSTITUTION REVISION COMMISSION

Voters will soon decide if Florida’s Constitution Revision Commission (CRC) should be abolished. The commission convenes every 20 years to identify issues that matter most to Floridians and recommend changes to the state Constitution for voters to consider. State Senator Jeff Brandes and former State Senator Lisa Carlton will debate the relevance of the commission. RSVP.

The African American Burial Ground and Remembering Project is hosting a night of remembrances, reflection, visual art and spoken word to honor the histories of forgotten black cemeteries in St. Petersburg, including Oaklawn, Evergreen and Moffett. RSVP to the free event here.
