USF medical college rises as first vertical construction in Water Street Tampa
The new building for the USF Health Morsani College of Medicine and Heart Institute is rising at a rapid rate as a key anchor for the Water Street Tampa district.

This move to downtown promises to attract highly qualified medical students and researchers to downtown Tampa, as well as federal research dollars and the latest innovations for heart health.
