USF reimagines former golf course

What was previously known as the Claw golf course at the University of South Florida will be brought back to life as a mixed-use district that will serve as both a campus gateway and regional destination. And by reimagining what this land could unlock for the university's future, USF is leading the state's higher education landscape in vision and impact.

Ole Miss issues RFP

The University of Mississippi is seeking a development team to deliver a transformative, multi-asset P3 that will reshape the areas around the iconic Vaught-Hemingway Stadium and surrounding campus edge. Developers have until February 5 to submit proposals.

UT Austin tops out

The University of Texas at Austin recently held a topping out ceremony for Whitis Court, its first new undergraduate residence hall in roughly 20 years. Once complete, the new residence hall will add an additional 800 beds to campus.
