2014 State & World Qualifier Tournament

We could use your help in letting the park and rec ball teams in your community know that we are having a tournament for C-class/Park & Rec League Teams. Age groups for this tournament will be 10U & 12U.
3GG...1 pool, double elimination, weather permitting, at Hickman County Ballpark in Clinton, KY.

10u and above $175
1st, 2nd, 3rd place Team & Individual awards will be given.
This tournament is a 2014 State and World Series Qualifier. One pool and double elimination weather permitting.
All balls are furnished.
All teams must be sanctioned for the 2014 season. Sanctioning can be done online at www.usgfp.com.
All teams must turn in a complete and signed USGF roster. Blank rosters can be obtained by going to www.usgfp.com and clicking on the "forms" link.
Proof of insurance is required and team managers must have birth certificates in their possession during the tournament.

Deadline for entry is the Tuesday night before the tournament starts at 8:00 PM. Friday night play will be posted in advance when needed.

MIDNIGHT MADNESS TOURNAMENT
Hopkinsville, KY July 12
Don't forget to sign up now for the Midnight Madness Tournament! It will start at 7:00 pm Saturday night and we will play until it's over! We just added this to the schedule so please help spread the word and help get teams signed up!!
The teams that played last year had a really good time!! We hope to see you there!

And Coaches...If you plan to play... Please sign up as soon as possible! We don't want to have to cancel another tournament only to have several teams contact us AFTER it's canceled to say that they want to play.
