Welcome to USGN’s September Newsletter. We are committed to bringing you new, fresh information each month that will be of value to your company. For this month's newsletter I spoke with Greg Gill who is the Senior Vice President of Development at LA Fitness.
Greg and his team have been using the USGN platform for more than 12 years for developing new fitness clubs across the US and in Canada. Each month, approximately 350 unique users log in to collaborate on any number of projects. In total, there have been over 4,000 users who have logged in to the site, including employees of LA Fitness and a wide range of vendors, contractors, architects and service providers.
Users access the latest set of working drawings and specifications, bid on new projects, track schedules, view key reports, RFI’s, process approvals and access personalized dashboards. LA Fitness also manages vendor invoices and other financial aspects of projects on USGN.
All of this information runs through a robust back-end database that generates cross-project logs and reports so that multiple projects are managed seamlessly and effortlessly.

Q. How valuable is it to LA Fitness to have one place for everything?
A. It's invaluable. A quick example is how we ready our purchase projects for sale. There is always a rush to get the due diligence information to the buyer.
With OPM there are no bulky files to send off any more...we merely give purchasers access to the project or send them a seamless link to the Due Diligence folder that houses all the information they need. Back in the day it was quite a chore to round up all the paper and send it off. Now we can do in 5 minutes what used to take many days to accomplish.

Topic Preview: Grid View Update
We will show you the latest enhancements to Grid View and using this tool to view your information both within a single project and across multiple projects. Grid View enables you to easily sort and filter data. Older USGN customers will be interested in learning how to replace current log views with this new tool. All customers will learn how to easily set up grid views.
