Federal officials voted Monday to elect two members of the White House Cabinet to lead federal homelessness strategy. 

Denver is one of seven state or local governments partnering with the White House and USICH to help people move off the streets and into homes.

November 6 is now the last day to apply for this new funding to identify and remove barriers to affordable housing production and preservation.
