Tuesday, August 11th, 10:00 - 11:00 AM CDT
One of the main intentions of USMCA / TMEC is to
trade between Mexico, Canada and the United States by promoting efficient and transparent customs procedures that reduce costs and ensure predictability.
Due to the implementation of this Treaty,
Mexico has been making a number of relevant changes to its domestic regulations pertaining to Customs and trade matters
. One of these regulation changes is the general Customs rules which were published on June 30th, 2020… however, on July 24, 2020 approximately a month later,
Mexico released a new updated version of these rules with many relevant changes!
What are those changes and how they will impact your business operations and investments in Mexico? Are these changes aimed to greatly facilitate trade in Mexico? Will there be more changes?
This webinar will answer those questions, especially those pertaining to IMMEX /maquiladoras, and their VAT certifications, among other related topics.
Who should attend:
Producers, exporters, importers, investors and any one from Canada and the United States with business in Mexico, as well as anyone interested in learning about the Mexican Customs procedures.
