USP releases new COVID-19 vaccine resources
High global demand and insufficient supply have resulted in an inequitable global distribution of COVID-19 vaccines, creating an economic incentives for the production and distribution of poor-quality vaccines.

In July, USP was proud to celebrate alongside the Access to Basic Medical Care (ABC) Laboratory in Ibadan, Nigeria as it earned ISO 15189 accreditation, only the fourth lab in Nigeria to have met this key milestone for quality. Accreditation, attained with support from USP, confirms the lab provides accurate diagnostic testing services to help the community combat COVID-19 and other public health threats.
