His Excellency Anatoly Ivanovich Antonov
was born on May 15, 1955, in Omsk, a city in southwestern Siberia. He earned a B.A. and an M.A. in International Relations at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations in 1978 and 1983, respectively. Later, in 2012, Antonov earned a Ph.D. in Political Science at the Institute of World Economy and International Relations in Moscow.
Antonov began his diplomatic career in 1978, spending the next 33 years at the Soviet Ministry of Foreign Affairs and its successor, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Mr. Hogan has more than thirty-six years of Operations and Executive experience. His career started in Kingsville, Texas where he spent sixteen years with Exxon Company International in various supervisory roles.
He then worked two years with ENI/Agip Petroleum as Operations Manager and VP of Well Operations, nine years with Devon Energy Corporation as the International Operations Manager and VP of International Well Engineering, and one year with HRT America as Vice President of Drilling.
As one of the founding Executives of PanAtlantic Exploration Company, Mr. Hogan originally served as Sr. Vice President - Operations with responsibility for global drilling, completion and production activity, HS&E, contracts / procurement and operations geology. In March 2016, Mr. Hogan was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in addition to assuming the responsibilities of President and Chief Executive Officer.
In April 2017, Mr. Hogan became General Manager and CEO of Lukoil International Upstream West in Houston, Texas. He has worked on six of seven continents in countries including Australia, Bolivia, Brazil, Chad, Ghana, Malaysia, Thailand and Trinidad.

W2C Rotterdam Project Welcomes Shell as Partner

Gazprom's natural gas supplies to Austria increase 33% in 2019
Worldoil.com, March 7, 2019: During a meeting between Alexey Miller, chairman Gazprom Management Committee, and Rainer Seele, chairman, executive board, OMV, the parties reviewed current issues related to their cooperation, including the growth of natural gas exports to Austria. An analysis revealed that between Jan. 1 and March 5, 2019, Gazprom's natural gas supplies to Austria came to an estimated 3.3 Bcm, an increase of 32.9% from the same period of last year. The parties also discussed the ongoing implementation of the Nord Stream 2 project, noting that the work is going as planned. At this time, 818 km of pipeline has been constructed/laid precisely one-third of the gas pipeline's total length in the Baltic Sea.

Tass.com, March 7, 2019: Russia and Luxembourg decided to create an investment fund to finance the development of environmentally friendly technologies in Russia, Deputy Prime Minister of Luxembourg Etienne Schneider said in an interview with TASS, commenting on the results of the visit of Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev on March 5-6. "We have decided to launch an investment fund to invest in Russian 'green technologies', in particular using the 'green bonds' tool," he said.

Serbian, Russian deputy premiers discuss cooperation in energy, industry

TOT announced that it has signed a definitive agreement with Novatek for the acquisition of a direct 10% interest in Arctic LNG 2, a liquefied natural gas development led by Novatek on the Gydan Peninsula, Russia. Courtesy of TOTAL's existing stake in Novatek and acquisition of fresh interest in the same, the company's overall economic interest in this new LNG project will be nearly 21.6%.Both the companies have consented that TOTAL will have the opportunity to acquire a 10-15% direct interest in all Novatek's future LNG projects located on the Yamal and Gydan peninsulas.

Serbian oil firm NIS starts building 200 megawatt gas cogeneration plant
Reuters.com, March 7, 2019: Serbian oil company NIS has started building a 200 megawatt (MW) gas-fired cogeneration plant, the biggest in the Balkan country so far, that will supply its Pancevo oil refinery and Serbia's energy market. The plant is a joint venture between NIS, majority owned by Russia's Gazprom Neft, and Gazprom Energoholding, a subsidiary of Russian gas giant Gazprom. The two firms hold 49 and 51 percent stakes respectively. The plant will be built by China's Shanghai Electric Group at an estimated cost of 180 million euros ($203.56 million), with a target completion date in the last quarter of 2020.

Finalisation of Nord Stream 2 technical design

«Татнефть» нарастила переработку попутного нефтяного газа в 2018 году на 3%
Kommersant.ru, 7 марта, 2019: Управление «Татнефтегазпереработка» (УТНГП) группы «Татнефть» нарастило переработку попутного нефтяного газа с месторождений холдинга в 2018 году на 3%, до 845,4 млн куб. м, следует из сообщения группы. Переработка широкой фракции легких углеводородов на установках комплексной подготовки нефти за год увеличилась на 16,8% и достигла 320,9 тыс. тонн. На производственных мощностях УТНГП очистили 263,6 млн куб. м высокосернистого газа, на 13,1% больше, чем годом ранее. В прошлом году управление реконструировало газоперерабатывающий завод и ряд других объектов, а также продолжило строительство общезаводской факельной системы и компрессорной установки сырого газа.
