Mr. Hogan has more than thirty-six years of Operations and Executive experience. His career started in Kingsville, Texas where he spent sixteen years with Exxon Company International in various supervisory roles. 
He then worked two years with ENI/Agip Petroleum as Operations Manager and VP of Well Operations, nine years with Devon Energy Corporation as the International Operations Manager and VP of International Well Engineering, and one year with HRT America as Vice President of Drilling. 

As one of the founding Executives of PanAtlantic Exploration Company, Mr. Hogan originally served as Sr. Vice President - Operations with responsibility for global drilling, completion and production activity, HS&E, contracts / procurement and operations geology.  In March 2016, Mr. Hogan was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in addition to assuming the responsibilities of President and Chief Executive Officer. 

In April 2017, Mr. Hogan became General Manager and CEO of Lukoil International Upstream West in Houston, Texas. He has worked on six of seven continents in countries including Australia, Bolivia, Brazil, Chad, Ghana, Malaysia, Thailand and Trinidad.

Trade Mission to Moscow and St. Petersburg Economic Forum
June 2-8, 2019

The U.S.-Russia Chamber of Commerce (USRCC) invites you to participate in a Trade mission to the    St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. Participants will have an opportunity to meet Russian government officials and some of the most influential leaders in U.S.-Russia trade and investment relations. The USRCC will coordinate private meetings, an exclusive CEO Roundtable and introductions, in addition to attending the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPEIF).

Exxon Mobil leads oil and gas discoveries in 2019

Chron.com, April 9, 2019: A trio of offshore discoveries made by Exxon Mobil has set up 2019 to be the biggest year for new finds since the last oil price collapse in 2014. With discoveries made offshore of Cyprus in the Eastern Mediterranean and off of Guyana in South America, Exxon Mobil alone accounts for nearly 40 percent of the new oil and gas gains found in the first quarter of the year, according to a new report from the Norwegian research firm Rystad Energy.   Read more...
Turkish Airlines launches flights to Sharjah, UAE

Aa.com.tr, April 11, 2019: Turkey's national flag carrier started flights to Sharjah, among top tourism centers of United Arab Emirates (UAE), Turkish Airlines announced on Thursday. "As Turkish Airlines' third flight destination in the UAE after Abu Dhabi and Dubai, flights to Sharjah will be conducted on the Istanbul-Sharjah-Istanbul route," the airline said in a statement. The company noted that "modern but old, crowded but peaceful" Sharjah -- selected as the Cultural Capital of Arab World in 1998 -- attracts the visitors with its rich history, culture and economy.   Read more...

Russia expands LNG operations in Arctic

Worldoil.com, April 8, 2019: Almost 1,500 mi from Moscow, the tiny port of Sabetta nestles in a desolate Russian Arctic peninsula. A former outpost for Soviet geologists, it's now the site of Russia's most ambitious liquefied natural gas project, operated by a company that only entered the market just over a year ago. Several times a week, a giant tanker leaves this remote place carrying the super-chilled fuel to buyers in Europe and Asia. It's not the only LNG plant beyond the Arctic Circle, but it's by far the largest. Novatek PJSC, the main shareholder of the Yamal LNG plant, says plans for further projects will transform Russia into one of the biggest exporters of the fuel within a decade.  Read more...
Omani-Russian Trade Increased By 61% In 2018 - Omani State Council Head

Urdupoint.com, April 10, 2019: Trade between  Oman and  Russia increased by 61 percent in  2018 compared to the previous year, Yahya bin Mahfoodh Al-Manthri, the president of  Oman's state council, said on Wednesday. "In  2018, trade between the two countries increased by 61 percent compared to the  same period in  2017. Also, there has been an increase in the amount of times top-level officials  from both nations have visited the other country for the purpose of finding new opportunities and projects in the fields of investment, energy, natural resources and  agriculture," Al-Manthri, who is in  Russia on a working  visit, said.   Read more...
Turkey aims to boost trade with Russia to $100 billion

Rt.com, April 9, 2019: Turkish President Recep Erdogan has set an ambitious goal for bilateral trade with Russia, saying he wants to boost it to $100 billion, nearly four times more than the current trade volume between the two countries. Last year's $26 billion in trade turnover does not reflect the cooperation potential between Russia and Turkey, Erdogan said during the meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow on Monday. Ankara is making "every effort" to ease trade ties with Moscow and is therefore going to provide exemptions for Russian entrepreneurs, said the Turkish president.  Read more...
Zimbabwe, Russia Sign $4 Billion Platinum Mine Deal

Investing.com, April 10, 2019: Zimbabwe has signed an agreement with Russia to build a new platinum mine in the southern African country, finalizing a deal that's stalled since 2014. A deal to develop a new platinum-group metals mine on a prospect held by Great Dyke Investment, a company jointly owned by a Russian state-controlled company and Zimbabwe's government has been sealed, Polite Kambamura, the nation's deputy mines minister said.  Read more...
Expert: Russian-Chinese scientific studies to favor Northern Sea Route development

Tass.com, April 11. 2019: Organization of the Chinese-Russian Arctic Studies Center will favor development of the Northern Sea Route (NSR), Russia's First Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education Grigory Trubnikov told TASS on sidelines of the Arctic forum in St. Petersburg on Wednesday. On April 10, at the international Arctic forum, the Russian Academy of Sciences' Institute for Ocean Studies and China's National Laboratory for Marine Science and Technology in Qingdao (QNLM) agreed to organize the Russian-Chinese Arctic Studies Center for joint research in the Arctic.  Read more...
Al Khater meets Chairman of Qatari-Russian Business Council

Thepeninsulaqatar.com, April 11, 2019: Sultan bin Rashid Al Khater, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, has met with Ahmed Blancoev, Chairman of the Qatari-Russian Business Council, on the sidelines of the 12th session of the Russian-Arab Business Council, and the 4th international exhibition" ARABIA-EXPO", in Moscow, Russia. The meeting was attended by Fahd bin Mohammed Al-Attiyah, Qatar's Ambassador to Moscow and Mohammed Ahmed Al Obaidli, representative of the Qatar Chamber.  Read more...
Major Russian Gas Producer Novatek Mulls Building 3rd LNG Plant - CEO

Sputniknews.com, April 10, 2019: Novatek may launch the first train at its third LNG plant a year after the full launch of Arctic LNG 2 project, company's CEO Leonid Mikhelson said Tuesday. "First of all, the Arctic LNG 2 will be fully launched. And I think that as early as a year after we will launch the next one [LNG plant]", Mikhelson said on the sidelines of the 5th International Arctic Forum in St. Petersburg. According to Mikhelson, the exact dates will depend on the construction schedule of the platforms on the Novatek-Murmansk project. Approximately, it will take 1.5 years to build one platform, and as soon as one of the dry docks is released, the next construction begins on it.  Read more...
Turkey, Russia create 900 million euro investment fund

Hurriyetdailynews.com, April 9, 2019: The Russian Direct  Investment  Fund (RDIF),  Russia's sovereign wealth fund, and  Turkey Wealth  Fund (TWF) announced the creation and launch of the  Russia- Turkey  Investment Fund during Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's visit to Moscow on April 8. "At the initial stage the investments in the funds' projects will amount to 200 million euros. The total size of the  Russia  Turkey  Investment  Fund is 900 million euros," the RDIF said in a statement, adding that the corresponding agreement was signed in the presence of Erdoğan and Russian President Vladimir Putin.  Read more...

Uzbekistan to open trading house in Russia

Azernews.az, April 11, 2019: The Uzbek-Russian projects in the trade and economic sphere and the strengthening of cooperation between the regions of the two countries give reason to believe about a breakthrough, an unprecedented rise of relations between Uzbekistan and Russia. The Embassy of Uzbekistan in Russia together with the Namangan-based company Dilrabo SDA is working on the issue of opening a trading house in the Samara region. The Trade House is expected to launch its activities in 2020.   Read more...
Power Experts from Armenia, Russia, Iran and Georgia to Consider Electricity Corridor

Mirrorspectator.com, April 11, 2019: Power engineering experts from Armenia, Russia, Iran and Georgia are scheduled to convene in Tehran to discuss the creation of the North-South electricity corridor, Rima Yeganyan, a spokeswoman for Armenia's  Ministry of Energy Infrastructures and Natural Resources, told ARKA news agency on April 9. She said the gathering in Tehran is scheduled for April 15-17. It will bring together experts who will look into the technical aspects of  the construction of the North-South electric corridor.   Read more...
Azerbaijan to supply building materials to Russia, Brazil

Azernews.az, April 11, 2019: A number of Azerbaijani companies have agreed to export their products in the framework of the exhibition MosBuild 2019. Azerbaijani products have been demonstrated at the international construction exhibition MosBuild 2019 held in Russian capital Moscow on April 2-5, with the support of the Ministry of Economy, the Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Foundation (AZPROMO). The country was represented by 10 companies engaged in production of construction and building materials at "Made in Azerbaijan" single stand.  Read more...

Eadaily.com, 8 апреля, 2019: Доходы России от экспорта сжиженного природного газа (СПГ) за январь-февраль увеличились более чем вдвое по сравнению с аналогичным периодом прошлого года, достигнув $ 1,44 млрд. Экспорт СПГ за первые два месяца 2019 года возрос на 81% - до 9,1 млн кубометров, сообщается в материалах Федеральной таможенной службы (ФТС). При этом доходы от экспорта природного газа выросли на 14,9% - до $ 9,17 млрд, а экспорт природного газа сократился на 2,7% - до 38,5 млрд кубометров.  Читать далее...
ОПЕК ожидает роста добычи нефти в России в 2019 году на 1,7%

Rns.online, 10 апреля, 2019: ОПЕК прогнозирует увеличение добычи нефти в России в 2019 году до 11,54 млн баррелей в сутки, следует из ежемесячного доклада организации. В предыдущем докладе картель прогнозировал добычу нефти в России в 2019 году на уровне 11,49 млн баррелей в сутки. Таким образом, прогноз скорректирован на 50 тыс. баррелей в сторону повышения. Согласно докладу ОПЕК, добыча нефти в России в 2018 году составила 11,35 млн баррелей в сутки. Таким образом, добыча нефти в стране в 2019 году может возрасти на 190 тыс. баррелей в сутки, или на 1,7%.  Читать далее...

Об этом заявили в пресс-службе «Газпрома».  Как  передаёт РИА Новости, в Санкт-Петербурге в рамках форума «Арктика - территория диалога» состоялась встреча председателя правления «Газпрома» Алексея Миллера и посла Франции в России Сильви Берманн. «Отдельное внимание на встрече было уделено ходу реализации проекта «Северный поток - 2». Исследование провело известное рейтинговое агентство.Также в списке лидеров Ханты-Мансийский автономный округ и Башкирия. Отмечается, что реальные доходы в большинстве регионов снизились, но в добывающих регионах инвестиции остались высокими. Это будет способствовать росту экономики.
