Mr. Hogan has more than thirty-six years of Operations and Executive experience. His career started in Kingsville, Texas where he spent sixteen years with Exxon Company International in various supervisory roles. 
He then worked two years with ENI/Agip Petroleum as Operations Manager and VP of Well Operations, nine years with Devon Energy Corporation as the International Operations Manager and VP of International Well Engineering, and one year with HRT America as Vice President of Drilling. 

As one of the founding Executives of PanAtlantic Exploration Company, Mr. Hogan originally served as Sr. Vice President - Operations with responsibility for global drilling, completion and production activity, HS&E, contracts / procurement and operations geology.  In March 2016, Mr. Hogan was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in addition to assuming the responsibilities of President and Chief Executive Officer. 

In April 2017, Mr. Hogan became General Manager and CEO of Lukoil International Upstream West in Houston, Texas. He has worked on six of seven continents in countries including Australia, Bolivia, Brazil, Chad, Ghana, Malaysia, Thailand and Trinidad.

June 2-8, 2019

The U.S.-Russia Chamber of Commerce (USRCC) invites you to participate in a Trade mission to the    St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. ExxonMobil makes 13th discovery offshore Guyana

Worldoil.com, April 23, 2019: ExxonMobil said today it made a new oil discovery offshore Guyana at the Yellowtail-1 well, marking the 13th discovery on the Stabroek Block. The discovery adds to the previously announced estimated recoverable resource of approximately 5.5 Bboe on the Stabroek Block. Yellowtail-1 is the fifth discovery in the Turbot area, which ExxonMobil expects to become a major development hub."Similar to the Liza area, successive discoveries in the Turbot area have continuously grown its shared value," said Mike Cousins, senior V.P. of ExxonMobil Exploration and New Ventures.   Read more...
Shell in talks to buy BP stake in North Sea gas field: sources

Reuters.com, April 24, 2019: Royal Dutch Shell is in talks to buy BP's stake in the Shearwater oil and gas field in the British North Sea for around $250 million, three industry sources told Reuters. Shell, the field's operator, announced plans last year to expand a gas hub around Shearwater, including the construction of a new pipeline. Shell has a 28 percent stake in Shearwater, BP holds 27.5 percent and Exxon Mobil has the remaining 44.5 percent. For BP, a sale would mark a step toward its target of selling $5 to $6 billion of assets following its $10.5 billion purchase of BHP's shale oil and gas portfolio in the United States last year.  Read more...
LUKOIL Produced 100 Million Tons Of Oil At West Qurna-2 Field

Oilandgasonline.com, April 23, 2019: Cumulative production at the West Qurna-2 field has reached 100 million tons of oil as part of successful implementation of Phase 1 of the project. With 184 wells drilled at the field, the average daily production rate is 400,000 barrels. To manage the field's production, LUKOIL uses the intelligent field concept which allows to control and adjust where necessary the production indicators in real-time.  Read more...

Russia, China Launch Bilateral Yuan Fund - Russian Direct Investment Fund

Sputniknews.com, April 26, 2019: The Russia-China Investment Fund (RCIF), and China's Suiyong Capital and Dazheng Investment Group have launched a Russian-Chinese yuan fund and already started to develop potential projects, the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) said on Friday in a statement. "The Fund mainly focuses on investment into strategic important projects in Russia and China in equal proportion, setting up itself as the first and most important example of implementing regional cooperation between the two countries (Moscow Region, Far East, and Northeastern China). For Chinese projects, more focus will be put on Belt and Road related projects and other perspective sectors," the statement said.  Read more...
Economic Potential of the Russian Regions to Be Presented in Finland

Tass.com, April 25, 2019: The Russian regions will hold a  road show in Finland(Helsinki, Vantaa, Lahti, and Espoo) on 23-24 May 2019. Participants in the event will have an opportunity to learn about the advanced technologies of Finland in such sectors as waste processing, renewable energy, a closed-loop economy, and smart cities. "Russian-Finnish relations have long-standing historical roots and are a vivid example of successful regional cooperation. Iraq and Russia sign 16 agreements in various fields including trade

Iraqinews.com, April 25, 2019: Iraq and Russia signed on Thursday a series of agreements in 16 different fields including trade, and agreed to facilitate investment and trade cooperation. A statement by the office of Iraqi foreign minister Mohamed Ali al-Hakim, quoted by SNG website, said Hakim, along with Russian deputy foreign minister Yuri Borisov, singed in Baghdad the minute of the eighth meeting of the joint committee of both countries.  Read more...
Cuba, Russia Sign Protocol on Atomic Energy

Plenglish.com, April 24, 2019: The Cuban Agency for Nuclear Energy and Advanced Technologies (Aenta) highlighted Wednesday the signing of a protocol of talks between Cuba and Russia to develop nuclear energy for peaceful purposes. The agreement was signed between the First Deputy Minister of the Cuban Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment, Fernando Gonzalez, and the International Business Director of the Russian State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom, Boris Arseev.   Read more...
Russia's Rosneft interested in jet fuel supplies on Indian market

Tass.com, April 25, 2019: Russian state-run oil company Rosneft is interested in organizing supplies of jet fuel from the Indian oil refinery in the city of Vadinar to the airports in the country, said the head of Rosneft-Aero, Kirill Molodenkov. Rosneft Aero is a subsidiary of Rosneft, which sells jet fuel produced at 9 Rosneft refineries. "This market (of India) is interesting for us, we consider it promising. Experts estimate the growth of consumption in this market differently, but taking into account the population growth, its mobility, the Indian market could be interesting," he said.  Read more...
PetroNeft eyes Russian field development

Ogj.com, April 24, 2019: PetroNeft Resources PLC, Dublin, said state approval of reserves estimates for Cheremshanskoye oil field in West Siberia allows it to evaluate development options. The estimates follow testing of the C-4 appraisal well on License 67 in the Tomsk region ( OGJ Online, Aug. 29, 2018). Gross explored (C1) and estimated (C2) reserves total 19.26 million bbl in the Upper Jurassic J1 and Lower Jurassic J14 intervals. PetroNeft said the estimates do not reflect full Jurassic potential of the 46-sq-km structure with four-way dip closure in the southern part of the license.  Read more...
Russia's Novatek launches Vysotsk LNG plant, wants to boost capacity

Af.reuters.com, April 24, 2019: Russia's Novatek has officially launched its second liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant as it aims to expand further in the frozen gas trade, the company's Chief Executive Leonid Mikhelson said on Wednesday. Russia, one of the world's top gas producers, aims to be a major player in LNG and to export as much as one of the global leaders in the market, Qatar. So far, Russia has two LNG plants in operation: Gazprom-led Sakhalin-2 on the Far East and Novatek's Yamal LNG, on the Arctic Yamal peninsula.  Read more...

Aeroflot to expand China-Russia flights

Global.chinadaily.com.cn, April 25, 2019: Aeroflot-Russian Airlines will launch more direct flights between China and Russia as a result of increasing passengers traveling between the two countries. Russia's largest airline, Aeroflot currently operates direct daily flights connecting Moscow and four Chinese cities - Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Hong Kong. The airline last year transported nearly 1.4 million passengers between Russia and China, a rough growth of 5-7 percent year-on-year, according to the airline.  Read more...

Tyumen Touring Routes Will Be Adapted for Foreign Travelers

En.admtyumen.ru, April 24, 2019: The Agency for Tourism and Promotion of the Tyumen Region and Olympia-Reisen-Sibir (a large travel company) have concluded a cooperation agreement. "The Tyumen region follows Russian travel trends and its active and agile approach makes it stand out among other regions", - said in his conversation with journalists Victor Dann, Director General of Olympia-Reisen-Sibir. He believes that Russian tourism has developed into a new independent branch of economy. Azerbaijan to attract more Russian tourists

Menafn.com, April 25, 2019: Land of Fire has welcomed more than 610,800 people from 157 countries of the world since the beginning of this year. As usual, tourists from Russia lead among other nationals visiting Azerbaijan. Chairman of the State Agency for Tourism Fuad Nagiyev has noted that last year, more than 670,000 Russian tourists visited Azerbaijan, and in the firstthree months of 2019,theirnumber exceeded 167,000 people. Nagiyev said that in order to attract tourists from Russia to Azerbaijan, it is necessary to carry out active work not only in the center of this country, but also in the regions.  Read more...

Plans to launch Belarusian-Russian remote sensing satellite in 2021

Eng.belta.by, April 25, 2019: A Belarusian-Russian satellite is scheduled for launch in 2021, BelTA learned from Chairman of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus Vladimir Gusakov on 25 April. The official said: "The Belarusian satellite for the remote sensing of Earth has been in orbit for many years now. It has recouped the investments several times over. We are now working with Russian colleagues on a new satellite that will boast a larger resolution capability. We've already finished the conceptual design. Mamin discussed coop with Royal Dutch Shell execs

Invest.gov.kz, April 23, 2019: RK Prime Minister Askar Mamin held a meeting with the Royal Dutch Shell executives: Director of International Exploration and Production Andrew Brown, executive vice president of deep-water projects Wael Sawan, executive vice president of joint ventures Gerald Schotman. The parties reviewed a range of bilateral cooperation issues. A. Brown said that the company is interested in further expanding its presence and share in the projects in Kazakhstan. Экспорт российских комбайнов вырос всемеро

Минниханов заявил, что Татарстан должен выйти на мировой рынок халяль-экспорта
