Mr. Hogan has more than thirty-six years of Operations and Executive experience. His career started in Kingsville, Texas where he spent sixteen years with Exxon Company International in various supervisory roles. 
He then worked two years with ENI/Agip Petroleum as Operations Manager and VP of Well Operations, nine years with Devon Energy Corporation as the International Operations Manager and VP of International Well Engineering, and one year with HRT America as Vice President of Drilling. 

As one of the founding Executives of PanAtlantic Exploration Company, Mr. Hogan originally served as Sr. Vice President - Operations with responsibility for global drilling, completion and production activity, HS&E, contracts / procurement and operations geology.  In March 2016, Mr. Hogan was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in addition to assuming the responsibilities of President and Chief Executive Officer. 

In April 2017, Mr. Hogan became General Manager and CEO of Lukoil International Upstream West in Houston, Texas. He has worked on six of seven continents in countries including Australia, Bolivia, Brazil, Chad, Ghana, Malaysia, Thailand and Trinidad.

Trade Mission to Moscow and St. Petersburg Economic Forum
June 2-8, 2019

The U.S.-Russia Chamber of Commerce (USRCC) invites you to participate in a Trade mission to the    St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. Participants will have an opportunity to meet Russian government officials and some of the most influential leaders in U.S.-Russia trade and investment relations. The USRCC will coordinate private meetings, an exclusive CEO Roundtable and introductions, in addition to attending the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPEIF).

Participating companies will gain market insights, make industry contacts, solidify business strategies, find business partners, and advance specific projects with the goal of increasing U.S. trade and investment to Russia.

Turkish Airlines To Open Five New Lounges

Traveltrendstoday.in, May 16, 2019: Turkish Airlines will open five passenger lounges available for Business Class, Miles & Smiles Elite Plus & Elite, Star Alliance Gold and Corporate Club passengers at Istanbul Airport. There are currently three lounges open - the Turkish Airlines Business Lounge, Miles & Smiles Lounge and Domestic Lounge. Gazprom: 40 km left to complete Russian part of Nord Stream 2 pipeline

Tass.com, May 14, 2019: About 40 km are still to be built to complete the Russian part of the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Gazprom Vitaly Markelov told at a press conference. "Of the 880 km of the Gryazovets-Slavyanskaya gas pipeline, we have only 40 km left for welding and assembly work," he said. As part of the construction of the pipeline for deliveries to Nord Stream 2, it was planned to lay two strings of the main gas pipeline with the diameter of 1,400 mm at the section "km 538 - km 852.7" and four strings with the diameter of 800 mm in the section "km 852.7 - km 859.5 "(from the Slavyanskaya compressor station to the coastline).  Read more...

News.uhd.edu, May 15, 2019: The hits keep coming for the University of Houston-Downtown (UHD) rankings! 
Recently,  OnlineColleges.com announced that UHD is sixth in the nation for its Nonprofit Management Program. Using the National Center for Education Statistics' Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System, a list of colleges and universities that met the following four criteria for the specific subject being ranked: Offer a degree or certificate program in that subject, either in an online or hybrid format; Have at least one percent of students attending some form of distance education; Have awarded at least one degree or certificate in that subject in 2016-2017.  Read more...

Russian LNG exports surge 20 percent, boosting revenues to $2 billion

Rt.com, May 14, 2019: Liquefied natural gas (LNG) shipments from Russia increased to 11.7 billion cubic meters in the first three months of this year - a 19.7 percent growth compared to the same period of 2018. The surge in the country's LNG exports ensured a year-on-year growth in revenue for Russian firms in the sector. Sakhalin Energy and Yamal LNG revenues spiked by 49.8 percent, reaching $1.95 billion, the Federal Customs Service (FCS) said on Monday.  Read more...
Russia on Track to Remain World's Biggest Grain Exporter

Themoscowtimes.com, May 15, 2019: Russia is projected to have a solid harvest of over 77 million metric tons of wheat and 38.4 million metric tons of feed grain - corn, sorghum, barley, rye, oats and millet - a total of 115.4 million metric tons in 2019, the Vedomosti daily reported, citing the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA). Russia's Agriculture Ministry is currently forecasting a harvest of 118 million metric tonnes of grains, up 5 percent year-on-year and including 75 million - 78 million metric tonnes of wheat. Other Russian agricultural agencies, and market players, are projecting a harvest of 125 million - 130 million metric tons, including more than 80 million metric tons of wheat.  Read more...
China, Russia to sign deal for nuke reactors

Asiatimes.com, May 15, 2019: China is about to sign a US$1.7-billion deal with Russia for the transfer of technology, as nuclear reactors at a massive new power plant in northern China are set to go live. Under the contract, the state-owned China National Nuclear Corp will procure "solutions" from Russia for the No 3 and No 4 reactors at Xudabao Nuclear Plant in the northeastern Liaoning province. Beijing has said it wants to promote sustainable energy - to clean up the region's filthy air due to the burning of coal for heating and power generation.  Read more...
Ethiopia, Russia set to strengthen business ties

Newbusinessethiopia.com, May 14, 2019: The governments of Ethiopia and Russia are set to expand business ties on multiple frontiers, ranging from nuclear energy development to Russians investment in mining in Ethiopia. The Innovation and Technology Ministry of Ethiopia and Russian Science Academy have agreed establish biological research center in Ethiopia. The center will be established after Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed of Ethiopia and Vladimir Putin of Russia will consult. This is indicated during the meeting of Ethiopia's Minister of Innovation and Technology, Getahun Mekuria (Eng.) and the newly appointed Russian Ambassador to Ethiopia Yevgeny Terekhin.  Read more...
Current investment 'just the beginning' as Russia sets $8.5bn seafood export target

Undercurrentnews.com, May 15, 2019: Already the fourth largest global exporter of seafood by volume, Russia's fishing and aquaculture industry is planning to nearly double its total export values by 2024. Speaking at a press conference during the  Seafood Expo Global trade show in Brussels, Belgium, on May 7, Petr Savchuk, deputy head of the Russian ministry of fisheries, said the country was planning to grow its total export potential from $5.5 billion to $8.5bn in the next few years.  Read more...
Vagit Alekperov discussed energy projects with Uzbek President

Neftegaz.ru, May 16, 2019: President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev received President of Lukoil Vagit Alekperov, who is in the country to attend the International Exhibition "Oil and Gas of Uzbekistan", Lukoil reported. The volume of the Company's investments in the projects of Gissar and Kandym-Khauzak-Shady in Uzbekistan amounted to about $ 8 billion. Russian province looks for twinning partner in Vietnam

En.vietnamplus.vn, May 15, 2019: Vietnamese Ambassador to Russia Ngo Duc Manh promised to introduce a Vietnamese province to Bryansk province for twinning during a recent working session with Governor Aleksandr Bogomaz, as part of his visit to the Russian locality from May 13-14. Manh stressed that Vietnam's farm produce, aquatic products, apparel and footwear could be sold in Bryansk market. Meanwhile, Bryansk could boost cooperation with Vietnam in fields of its strength such as agriculture, machinery manufacturing and metallurgy, he said.  Read more...
Russia again top market for Turkey's fruit & vegetable exports

Freshplaza.com, May 16, 2019: Turkey's fresh fruit and vegetable exports to 118 countries amounted to $622.5 million in the first four months of the year, with Russia taking the lead among markets with $184.2 million in that  period. According to the Eastern Black Sea Exporters' Association (DKİB) data, in January-April 2019, $622.5 million was generated from Turkey's fresh fruit and vegetable exports of 1.1 million tons to 118 countries. In this period, the Russian Federation ranked first with $184.2 million, followed by Iraq with $61.9 million and Romania with $60 million.  Read more...

Rosatom, Uzbekistan sign road map for construction of nuclear power plant

Akipress.com, May 16, 2019: Rosatom and the Ministry of Energy of Uzbekistan signed a road map for implementation of the second stage of construction of the nuclear power plant, the Ministry of Energy said. The document was signed at the Power Uzbekistan 2019 Exhibition in Tashkent. In September 2018, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev and Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Abdulla Aripov signed a cooperation agreement on construction of the nuclear power plant in Uzbekistan. Russia's Astrakhan hosts presentation of first Caspian Economic Forum

Five cooperation agreements signed during Vitebsk economic forum

Eng.belta.by, May 16, 2019: Five documents on cooperation were signed during the eighth international economic forum Innovations. Investments. Prospects in Vitebsk on 16 May, BelTA has learned. With a view to bolstering mutually beneficial cooperation the Vitebsk Oblast administration and the government of Russia's Saratov Oblast signed a roadmap on trade, economic, cultural, and humanitarian cooperation in 2019-2021. An agreement on cooperation was signed by heads of government agencies of Ukrainian Chuguyev and the Vitebsk District administration. Объём экспорта легковых авто из России вырос на 43,3%

Regnum.ru, 15 мая, 2019: Рост экспорта легковых машин из РФ за первые три месяца 2019 года составил 43,3% по сравнению с аналогичным периодом 2018 года. Об этом заявил представитель российского экспортного центра в интервью РИА Новости. Таким образом, экспорт из России составил 22,7 тыс. машин на общую сумму $307 млн (около 20 млрд рублей). Экспорт сладостей из России в этом году может вырасти на 19%

Finmarket.ru, 16 мая, 2019: Россия в этом году может увеличить экспорт кондитерских изделий на 19% - до 621 тыс. тонн против 522 тыс. тонн в 2018 году. В 2018 году показатель увеличился на 16%. Стоимость экспорта вырастет на 11,7% - до $1,34 млрд с $1,2 млрд годом ранее.
