Russia, Saudi Arabia prepare dozens of new joint projects, says Russia's Energy Minister
Tass.com, September 11, 2019: Russia and Saudi Arabia are preparing to sign a package of documents that includes several dozens of new joint projects, Russia's Minister of Energy Alexander Novak told reporters on Wednesday.
"We are preparing a large, solid package of documents. Several dozens of projects," he said.
The day before, the minister was in Saudi Arabia. According to him, the purpose of the trip was to prepare for the visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin to the country.
Novak said earlier that in the near future, Saudi Arabia could start investing in Russian projects in the field of petrochemicals, production of liquefied natural gas, and in creation of joint research centers. According to him, trade turnover between the countries is constantly growing and in the Q1 2019 it doubled the figure for the same period in 2018, increasing to $420.4 mln.

Russia-China Bilateral Trade Growing By US$500 Million A Month
Russia-briefing.com, September 9th, 2019: US-China Trade War Has Shifted Some US China Purchasing To Russia.
Bilateral trade between Russia and China has been growing at 4.5% this year, with sharp increases over the past three months. That is roughly equivalent of China adding another US$500 million every month to its Russia shopping basket.
The figures, based on data released by the Chinese Customs Administration, show that trade reached US$70.59 billion in the first eight months of the year, with growth almost entirely comprised of increased exports to China. The growth volume of Chinese exports to Russia was essentially static at US$31.14 billion. But China's imports of Russian goods and services increased 8.3% to US$39.45 billion.

Russia, Azerbaijan set to further develop energy cooperation

Россия нарастила экспорт легковых автомобилей и алюминия
