RNG JSC Started Commercial Operation of a Field in Yakutia
On August 29 an official ceremony was held for commissioning of the Eastern blocks of Srednebotuobinskoye oil and gas condensate field BY RNG. The event was timed to coincide with the First Oil&Gas Forum held in Mirny at that time.
The field is located to the south-east of Yakutia, 130 km away from the capital of this diamond region. Confirmed recoverable reserves at the Eastern blocks are 28 million tons of oil, 14.3 billion m
3
of gas and 168 thousand tons of condensate.
The ceremony was attended by Aisen Nikilayev, Head of Yakutia, members of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic, people's deputies, management and employees of RNG JSC, public men and ecologists.

Sulzer GTC Wins Award with SIBUR KSTOVO for Benzene Production Complex Modernization Project in Russia
Businesswore.com, September 17, 2019: Sulzer GTC Technology has signed an agreement with JSC SIBUR-Neftehim (SIBUR) to provide its licensed pyrolysis gasoline (pygas) processing technologies, including design of the fractionation, first and second stage hydrotreating, aromatics extraction and thermal hydrodealkylation technologies for the modernization of a benzene production facility at SIBUR's Kstovo olefins production plant near Nizhniy Novgorod, Russia.
The modernized facility will serve as a hub for processing full range pygas from several SIBUR facilities, allow production of high-purity benzene with the lowest cash cost, and recover non-aromatics to be used as cracker feed.

Russia adds $1.4 billion to its international reserves in one week
Rt.com, September 26, 2019: Russia's international reserves, which include its gold and foreign currency holdings, have risen to $532.6 billion, representing growth of 0.3 percent in one week, recent data released by the country's central bank shows.
Reserves
grew by $1.4 billion from September 13 to September 20, according to the Central Bank of Russia (CBR). The regulator noted that the increase is due to the positive revaluation and purchases of foreign currency within the framework of the budget rules.
The state international reserves represent highly-liquid foreign assets comprising stocks of monetary gold, foreign currencies and Special Drawing Rights (SDR) assets, which are at the disposal of the Central Bank of Russia and the government.

Forbes Publishes Latest List of Top Foreign Companies in Russia
Themoscowtimes.com, September 25, 2019: Forbes magazine has
published
its 2018 list of the 50 largest foreign companies in Russia. The top ten includes four retailers, three car manufacturers, two tobacco companies and Pepsi.
Auchan is at the top of the list, as it has been since 2015, with revenues of 327.7 billion rubles ($5.14 billion). Kia Motors, made it into the top ten, jumping to eighth place with revenues of
232.4 billion rubles ($3,64 billion) from eleventh place last year.
The total revenue of the 50 companies in the Russian market in 2018 has increased by 10.2%
to 6.4 trillion rubles, Forbes

Gazprom Neft to invest 1.4 billion EUR in Serbia's NIS by 2025
Neftegaz.ru, September 25, 2019: Gazprom Neft plans to invest 1.4 billion EUR in the development of Serbian oil & gas group
NIS
by 2025, the CEO of NIS, Kirill Tyurdenev said. Gazprom Neft controls 56.15% of NIS, while the Serbian government owns a 29.87% stake.
"Our long-term development strategy assumes a further investment of 2 billion EUR between 2017 and 2025. If we consider the current period remaining until 2025, this is 1.4 billion EUR," Tyurdenev said in an interview to Energy Intelligence posted on the corporate website.
This year NIS will complete the construction of the deep processing complex with delayed coking technology. This is the largest investment project of the 2nd stage Pancevo refinery modernization and one of the largest investments in the
country
's economy in recent years: the project costs exceed €300 million.

Russian, Hungarian top diplomats agree to speed up work on bilateral agreements
Tass.com, September 25, 2019: Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and his Hungarian colleague Peter Szijjarto have agreed to speed up the work on bilateral agreements in the trade-economic sphere during a meeting on the sidelines of the 74th session of the UN General Assembly on Wednesday, the Russian Foreign Ministry informed.
"Both countries' foreign ministers have discussed the schedule of political contacts for the immediate future, the prospects for enhancing trade-economic cooperation between Russia and Hungary, namely in the sphere of energy, industrial cooperation, social security. The sides have agreed to make an additional impetus to the work on bilateral agreements in these and other spheres," the ministry noted.

Russia's all-Superjet 100 operator eyes the Airbus A220-300
Rusaviainsider.com, September 26, 2019: Azimuth Airlines, the only airline in the world whose fleet comprises exclusively of Russian-made Superjet 100 regional aircraft, is harbouring plans to operate larger aircraft, such as the Airbus A220 (formerly the Bombardier CSeries). This follows from the vacancies posted by the Russian regional carrier on a recruitment portal.
Azimuth's passenger load factor reached 85% in January-July period, an increase of 1.3 percentage points over the same period last year, according to the Federal Air Transport Agency Rosaviatsiya data.

The Consul General asked how the region solves the waste treatment issues and, having received the Governor's comments on the current situation, suggested to hold a joint session with German experts in order to share experience.

SOCAR launches new investment projects to increase STAR's storage capacity
Azernews.az, September 25, 2019: SOCAR is implementing new investment projects to increase the storage capacity of the Star Refinery, which is able to process 10 million tons of crude oil per year.
Thus, SOCAR Storage Terminal Tank Expansion Project has been completed and commissioned at the SOCAR Storage Terminal, and the foundation of STAR Refinery Crude Oil and Oil Product Tanks Project was laid in the Aliaga region of Izmir, on September 25.
Rovnag Abdullayev, President of SOCAR, and Zaur Gahramanov, CEO of SOCAR Turkey Energy, and others attended the ceremony dedicated to commissioning new tanks at the SOCAR Storage Terminal and laying the foundation of new tanks at the STAR refinery.

Kazakhstan considers $1 bln gas plant with Kashagan partners
Business.financialpost.com, September 26, 2019: Kazakhstan and a consortium of oil majors developing the giant Kashagan oil and gas field are considering building a $1 billion gas processing plant nearby, Kazakh Deputy Energy Minister Murat Zhurebekov told Reuters on Thursday.
The Central Asian nation has given up the idea of building a similar plant near another large field, Karachaganak, he said.
Zhurebekov said Kazakhstan had not decided how to finance the project, which would have a capacity of 1 billion cubic meters per year using gas from Kashagan, which plans to ramp up its output over the coming years.

Общая протяженность китайского участка газотранспортной ветки составит 3371 километр, она берет свое начало в Хэйхэ и заканчивается в Шанхае. Строительство китайского участка газопровода началось в июне 2015 года, его полное введение в эксплуатацию запланировано на 2024 год

В Ставропольском крае заявили о росте промышленного производства рыбы

Если в 2013 году рыбохозяйства и фермеры производили 8,9 тыс. тонн в год, то в 2019-м намерены вырастить не меньше 10,5 тыс.

заявили
в краевом Министерстве сельского хозяйства, для предприятий и бизнесменов, занимающихся разведением рыбы, предусмотрена господдержка.
«Рыбоводство является одним из приоритетных направлений в рамках нового вида поддержки из федерального бюджета «Агростартап», - заявил глава ведомства Владимир Ситников.
На данный момент в регионе промышленным разведением рыбы занимаются 75 предприятий, более 40 фермерских хозяйств и около 150 предпринимателей.
