Indian Oil in talks with Rosneft to import Russian oil
Reuters.com, November 13, 2019:
Indian Oil Corp, the country's top refiner, is in talks with oil major Rosneft to explore possibility of importing Russian oil, its chairman Sanjiv Singh said on Tuesday.
"We have taken very small quantities from Russia in the past which cant be considered significant so we are trying to explore if we can increase the Russian crude volume coming to India...We are in discussion with Rosneft and we are hopeful that something should work," Singh told reporters at an energy conference.
Oil minister Dharmendra Pradhan said late on Monday that India is open to importing oil from Russia

Russia & China to launch joint venture for constructing metros worldwide
Rt.com, November 13, 2019:
Russian engineering company Mosinzhproekt and the China Railway Construction Corporation (CRCC) plan to set up a joint venture for the construction of subways around the world, said Moscow Deputy Mayor Marat Khusnullin.
He said that several agreements have already been sealed with Chinese partners, particularly on the implementation of a joint project on transfer hubs and the exchange of information technology.

Russia's Arctic oil reserves estimated at 7.3 bln tonnes

Oil reserves of the Russian Arctic zone amounted to 7.3 bln tonnes, natural gas - about 55 trillion cubic meters, Russia's Minister of Natural Resources Dmitry Kobylkin said on Wednesday.
"Oil reserves of the Russian Arctic zone are estimated at 7.3 bln tonnes, condensate - 2.7 bln tonnes, natural gas - about 55 trillion cubic meters. The Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous region has the greatest potential. It accounts for about 43.5% of the initial total resources of the Arctic zone," he said.
It was noted that about 41% of the region's oil and gas resources are located on the Arctic shelf.

Russian Businesses Sitting on $225Bln in Cash

Russia's richest 10 companies were sitting on 3.4 trillion rubles ($53 billion) of cash at the end of last year, analysis by Russian news site RBC has

The firms with the biggest reserves in "cash and equivalents" - an accounting term which covers cash deposits and any other assets which can immediately, and without difficulty, be turned into cash - were state-backed energy giants Gazprom and Rosneft. Both were sitting on more than 800 billion rubles ($12.5 billion) at the end of 2018.

Nord Stream 2 may have become one of the most geopolitically charged energy projects in history, but its completion was inevitable since before construction even begun.
Europe is quickly becoming one of the most important export destinations for gas exporters. Production is decreasing quickly due to political and technical developments. The next few decades are promising for exporters. Nord Stream 2 is arguably one of the most contentious projects currently under development. Denmark recently granted the last necessary permit to start construction activities in its EEZ and analysts now agree that the project's completion is only a matter of time. In reality, the pipeline's future was decided long before construction even started due to external factors such as Poland's decision to diversify away from Russian gas and Western Europe's determination to turn away from nuclear and fossil fuel production.

Entrepreneurs Service Centers planned to be created in all regions of Kyrgyzstan

In order to support entrepreneurs and provide reliable information and advice on business, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic plans to establish Entrepreneurs Service Centers in the regions, the press service of the Government reported. The services of the Center are already being used by entrepreneurs in Osh, Dzhalal-Abad and Batken. Such centers are planned to be opened in all regions of the country in the future. One of the main objectives of this initiative is to support and strengthen the capacity of entrepreneurs.

МЭА рассказало об ожиданиях ускорения роста спроса на нефть

Международное энергетическое агентство (МЭА) ожидает, что рост мирового спроса на нефть ускорится в четвертом квартале 2019 года до 1,9 млн баррелей в сутки (б/с) из-за низких цен и возросшего потребления в США. Это следует из
отчета
МЭА, опубликованного в пятницу, 15 ноября.
Как отмечает организация, наибольший вклад в рост спроса на нефть в третьем квартале внес Китай, увеличив показатель на 640 тыс. б/с за год, при этом в Соединенных Штатах наблюдается практически нулевой рост за прошедшие три квартала. Однако к началу 2020 года ожидается увеличение темпов роста спроса и в США (до 190 тыс. б/с, а в Китае - замедление (до 375 тыс. б/с)
