The  USRCC is proud to be part of NAPE Summit 2020 that is held in Houston, TX and would like to thank all visitors for spending their time at our booth #4513. It was our pleasure meeting representatives of diverse companies from Oil & Gas, Petroleum, Engineering and Banking industries, as well as representatives of consulting companies and universities from all over the U.S.  We enjoyed the networking and were impressed by the interest of the U.S. companies in the USRCC services. Board of Directors reviews annual General Shareholders Meeting related issues

Gazprom.com, February 4, 2020:  The Company's Board of Directors resolved to hold the annual General Shareholders Meeting of Gazprom on June 26, 2020, in St. Petersburg.  The list of persons entitled to participate in the Shareholders Meeting will be drawn up on the basis of Gazprom's Register of Shareholders at the end of the business day on June 1, 2020.  The Board of Directors approved the lists of nominees for the Gazprom Board of Directors and Audit Commission to be voted on at the Shareholders Meeting.  Read more...
LUKOIL has completed one of its most significant hydropower projects - modernization of Belorechenskaya hydropower station

Lukoil.com, February 6, 2020: The reconstruction, that started in 2017 and included replacement of two generating units, resulted in the increase of the installed capacity of each unit from 16 to 24 MW, raising the total capacity of the power plant up to 48 MW.  The upgrade also extended operational life of the plant for 40 years, increased reliability and improved environmental safety. Advanced technologies - brushless excitation of hydrogenerator and electric drive of the turbine wicket gate - allow a more efficient use of hydropotential. The company also introduced integrated upgrade solutions at almost all auxiliary systems of the station.  Read more..

Aeroflot introduces flight between Krasnoyarsk and Yakutsk

Tass.com, February 7, 2020:  The company offers the new route in line with the plans to open in Krasnoyarsk Aeroflot's international hub.  Russia's biggest air carrier Aeroflot announced a new flight between Krasnoyarsk and Yakutsk. The first flight is due on March 30, the company's press service said.  "Flights of 3 hours and 15 minutes will be operated six days a week - from Monday to Saturday - on Boeing 737-800," the press service said. From Krasnoyarsk, the departure is scheduled for 11:00 local time, and arrival to Yakutsk will be at 16:15 local time. The return flight will depart at 17:30 and the arrival time is 19:05.  Read more..

, February 7, 2020:   Russia and Belarus will continue talks on oil supplies, a senior Kremlin official said, after a meeting between their leaders on Friday failed to resolve a politically charged dispute.  Russian oil flows to Belarus have dwindled to a trickle since Jan. 1 after the two countries failed to agree on supply terms for 2020. Krasnoyarsk Region doubles number of passenger flights to Arctic districts

Tass.com, February 7, 2020:  The Krasnoyarsk Region doubled the number of flights to Taimyr's distanced settlements, the regional government's press service said.For people, living in many Arctic settlements on the Taimyr, helicopters are the only opportunity to get to the regional capital or to Norilsk. Very often, flights are delayed due to weather conditions, and lines of passengers have to wait for vacant seats onboard. UK wants to ease trade restrictions on some Russian imports

Rt.com, February 7, 2020: The British government is looking to lift anti-dumping measures on Russian goods, imposed by the EU back in 2015. The restrictions could be removed in 2021 when the 11-month Brexit transition period ends.  The UK's Department for International Trade said in a statement published Thursday that it is going to review all anti-dumping, anti-subsidy, and safeguard measures currently in place, including the import duties on products originating from Russia.  Read more...
Russian Energy Exports to U.S. Reach 8-year High in October

Russiabusinesstoday.com, February 7, 2020: U.S. Energy Information Administration data published this week reveals that Russia is now the second-biggest oil exporter to the United States, with Russian supplies reaching an eight-year high in October, RBC. Russia exported 20.9 million barrels of crude oil and petroleum products to the U.S. in October 2019, the highest one-month total since November 2011. The country also surpassed Mexico as the second-largest energy supplier to the U.S. in October 2019 and stood behind Canada.  Read more...

Turkmen delegation holds business negotiations in India

En.trend.az , January 31, 2020:  The Turkmen delegation took part in the meeting of the India-Central Asia Business Council, which was held in New Delhi, Trend  reports referring to the Business Turkmenistan agency.  The Turkmen side was represented by Turkmen ambassador to India Shalar Geldynazarov. The representatives from India, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan also attended the meeting.  The parties exchanged the views on the development of trade relations and the industrial sector.  Read more...
IMF mission to visit Belarus on 19-30 March

Belarus.by, February 7, 2020: An International Monetary Fund mission led by Jacques Miniane will work in Belarus on 19-30 March, BelTA learned from the IMF Resident Representative Office.  "This will be a regular annual mission who will come for the Article IV consultations," the IMF Resident Representative Office informed.  During the Article IV consultations, an IMF team of experts visits a country to assess economic and financial developments and discuss the country's economic and financial policies with government and central bank officials. Mobile Residency coverage expanding in Azerbaijan

En.trend.az, February 7, 2020:  One more entrepreneur, Turkish businessman Koral Turkan, will start bu siness in Azerbaijan through the Mobile Residency program provided by the Digital Trade Hub at Azerbaijan's Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, Trend reports referring to the center.  Turkish citizen Koral Turkan, having studied Aze rbaijan's investment environment, appealed to the Digital Trade Hub in order to start a new business.  Read more..

Aeroflot launches ticket sales for direct flights between Krasnoyarsk and Tyumen

Aeroflot.ru, February 5 , 2020: The new flights are being launched following the creation of Aeroflot's new international hub in Krasnoyarsk, which will become Aeroflot's second hub and a base for Boeing 737 and SuperJet100 aircraft. Thanks to Krasnoyarsk's strategic location in the heart of Siberia, passengers will have direct flights to cities in the Urals, Siberia and south of Russia. This will also allow Aeroflot to make a significant contribution to the implementation of the Russian President's decrees to expand the network of scheduled inter-regional passenger routes bypassing Moscow.The development of a hub in Krasnoyarsk, a major economic and industrial centre of Siberia, is part of Aeroflot Group's Strategy 2023, which targets carrying 90-100 million passengers by Aeroflot's 100th anniversary. Поставки нефти в США: Россия обогнала Мексику

Gazeta.ru , Февраль 6, 2020: Россия заняла второе место среди поставщиков нефти в США, уступив только Канаде. По статистике американского Минэнерго, в октябре прошлого года РФ поставила 20,9 млн баррелей, а страна кленового листа - 136,5 млн.Аналитики Caracas Capital отмечают, что экспорт энергоносителей в США в октябре 2019-го стал для России рекордным с 2012 года. Как сообщает принадлежащая Григорию Березкину РБК , н арастить поставки в Штаты РФ смогла именно за счет нефтепродуктов - в сравнении с началом прошлого года объем российского импорта вырос в 2,5 раз.  Читать далее...
