that took place at Amalfi Ristorante Italiano & Bar, Houston, TX.

Houston is responsible for 20 percent of the overall U.S.-Russia trade. In addition to the energy sector, several other industries hold considerable opportunities for US companies in Russia, including agriculture, chemicals, IT, machinery, healthcare, and metals. During the seminar, participants will be provided with an overview of the current business climate in Russia and the available resources to assist them.

Turkish Airlines added Malabo, the capital of Equatorial Guinea, to its flight network

Turkishairlines.com, February 10, 2020:  As the airline that flies to more countries than any other, Turkish Airlines continues to expand its flight network. Flag carrier started its operations to Malabo on February 7, making the capital of Equatorial Guinea its 319th destination. As the 60th destination of the global carrier in the continent of Africa, flights to Malabo will be operated on Istanbul - Port Harcourt - Malabo - Istanbul route with Boeing 737-900 type aircrafts.  Read more..

Novatek, Lukoil Interested in Oil Fields Owned by Gazprom Neft:

Russianbusinesstoday.com, Februry 13, 2020: majors Luckoil  and Novatek  are in talks with Gazprom Neft  about entering a project to develop oil fields on the shelf of the Sea of Okhotsk (the Sakhalin project), three sources told Kommersant.  The Neptune and Triton oil fields, opened in 2018, have total reserves of more than 550 mln tonnes, while recoverable reserves are estimated at 70 million tons and 45 million tons, respectively. Two sources noted that the companies had held consultations but the prospect of a partnership was unclear.  Read more..

Russian-Qatari cooperation in oil, gas sector to expand, says envoy to Doha

Tass.com, February 13, 2020:  Russia's Ambassador to Qatar Nurmahmad Kholov expects the cooperation between Moscow and Doha in the oil and gas sector to expand.  "Russia and Qatar actively cooperate in the oil and gas sector, including the field of hydrocarbons trade, experience and know how sharing," the diplomat said in an interview with TASS on Thursday.  Read more...

Argentine province wants to team up with Moscow on gas projects, says Russian envoy

Tass.com, February 14, 2020:  The authorities of the Argentine province of Tierra del Fuego are interested in cooperating with Moscow in the field of gas production and exploration, Russia's Ambassador to Buenos Aires Dmitry Feoktistov told reporters on Thursday.  "The production and exploration of hydrocarbons, primarily gas, both on the territory of the province itself and in the open ocean [offshore] as well," is a potential area of cooperation between Russia and the Argentinian region, the diplomat said. Foreign investments in Belarus at $10bn in 2019

Belarus.by, February 12, 2020:  Foreign   investors  pumped $10 billion into the  real sector  of  Belarusian economy  (apart from banks) in 2019, BelTA learned from the National Statistics Committee.  Among the main investors in Belarus were economic entities of Russia (45.1% of the total), the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (18%) and Cyprus (7.6%). President of Turkmenistan meets with members of national parliament

«Яндекс» в третий раз замахнулся на монополию

Об этом сообщает «Коммерсантъ» со ссылкой на пресс-службу компании.  Одобрение сделки  ФАС позволит «Яндекс.Такси» замахнуться на монополию на рынке агрегаторов.
