Shell Announces the Sale of a Minority Interest in QCLNG Common Facilities Infrastructure to Global Infrastructure Partners

Shell.com, December 21, 2020: The Common Facilities are currently 100% owned by Shell and include LNG storage tanks, jetties and operations infrastructure that service QCLNG’s LNG trains. Rosneft Announces Climate Goals to 2035

Rosneft.com, December 21, 2020: Rosneft’s Board of Directors has reviewed the Company’s Carbon Management Plan for the period until 2035. Work on the program has been carried out over the past year. Lukoil and Gazprom Sign Master Agreement on Development of Two Fields in the Nenets Region

Lukoil.com, December 21, 2020: President of LUKOIL Vagit Alekperov and Chairman of the Management Committee of Gazprom Alexey Miller signed the Master Agreement on the Terms of the Development of Vaneyvisskoye and Layavozhskoye fields (located in the Nenets region, Russia) today. Transneft Expects 2020 ESPO Oil Pumping to Rise 2.4% to 73 mln tns

1prime.biz, December 22, 2020: Oil transportation of Russian oil pipeline monopoly Transneft via the East Siberia–Pacific Ocean (ESPO) pipeline will rise by 2.38% to 73.2 million tonnes in 2020, the company said in its corporate magazine on Tuesday. Russia’s Retail Sales Weaken in November to -3.1%, Biggest Contraction in Six Months

Intellinews.com, December 20, 2020: The contraction in retail sales deepened in November as sales growth slipped from -1.4% year on year in October (revised from -2.4% y/y) to -3.1% y/y, its weakest reading since May, Rosstat reported on December 18. The drop in retail turnover comes as the economy slows since September after recovering fast in the summer after the lockdown restrictions were lifted. Read more...
Russia Second in Bloomberg Rating of Economies Expected to Beat Expectations in 2021

According to the report, based on 11 indicators of economic and financial performance, the Russian economy will be among the leaders next year, thanks to robust external accounts and a strong fiscal profile, in addition to an undervalued ruble. Interfax.com, December 21, 2020: The board of directors of Rosneft has reviewed the preliminary results of the company's activities for 2020 and has approved its plans for financial and economic activity for 2021-2022, the Russian state oil company said in a statement. Rosneft said that it has ensured in 2020 the implementation of the key areas of its strategy, taking into account the current restrictions on the level of oil output, the effect of the consequences of the spread of the coronavirus, as well as the substantial change in the macroeconomic environment this year. США Опубликовали Детали Торговых Ограничений Против 45 Структур из России

Rbc.ru, Декабрь 23, 2020: Бюро промышленности и безопасности (BIS) при Министерстве торговли США опубликовало правила, по которым с 23 декабря начнут применяться экспортные ограничения в отношении 45 российских организаций, признанных «конечными военными пользователями». Из документа, размещенного в официальном журнале правительства США, следует, что поставки определенных товаров и технологий производства США в адрес российских структур, включая «Ростех», несколько научно-исследовательских институтов Российской академии наук (РАН), «Росатома» и «Роскосмоса» и гражданских самолетостроителей, станут практически невозможны.
