USRCC’s Standardization Conference is a specialized technical conference that addresses common issues and challenges of standardization, certification and conformity assessment.
USRCC in partnership with the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP) and its Committee for Industrial Policy and Technical Regulation, invites you to attend the 4th Standardization Conference to discuss the requirements for the production and certification of hydrogen pipes.
The following questions to be discussed during the Conference:

- Requirements on special pipes and pipelines for the hydrogen transportation;

API Updates GHG Compendium to Improve Emissions Reporting
Api.org, November 10, 2021: The American Petroleum Institute (API) today updated its Compendium of GHG Emissions Methodologies for the Natural Gas and Oil Industry, the foundational reference used by companies and governments across the world as methodologies for reporting GHG emissions from natural gas and oil operations, including for API’s climate-related reporting template released earlier this year. Russia’s Rosneft Reports Profits Boost Amid Surging Energy Prices
Themoscowtimes.com, November 12, 2021: Russian oil giant Rosneft on Friday reported an increase in profits in the third quarter, with its CEO predicting a "super cycle" of rising energy prices as demand picks up. The company — which is about one-fifth owned by Britain's BP — has returned to profit this year as oil prices have rebounded following a dismal 2020 for the industry and global economy due to the pandemic.

Russia May Attract WB Experts to Carbon experiment in Sakhalin
1prime.biz, November 12, 2021: Russia and the World Bank (WB) are discussing attracting the bank’s experts to a carbon experiment on the Sakhalin Island, Deputy Prime Minister Alexei Overchuk told PRIME on Friday. In September, President Vladimir Putin said that the Sakhalin Region will hold an experiment to regulate emissions and entrapments of greenhouse gases. Russian Oil and Gas Discoveries Plunge to Five-Year Low
Rigzone.com, November 10, 2021: Russia’s oil and gas discoveries fell to the lowest in five years in the first half of 2021, after last year’s crisis resulted in steep cuts in capital expenditures for exploration, data and analytics company GlobalData said on Wednesday. In the first half this year, Russian companies found oil and gas at six very small fields, adding just 36 million barrels to reserves, which is equivalent to fewer than four days of Russian daily oil production, according to GlobalData estimates. Russia, the US to Provide the Bulk of Oil Supplies Growth in 2022, OPEC Says
Tass.com, November 11, 2021: The oil supply from non-OPEC countries will grow in 2022 by 3 mln barrels daily, the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) said in its November report. Russia and the United States are expected to remain the key growth drivers, whose growth rates will be 1 mln and 0.9 mln barrels per day accordingly.
