USRCC in partnership with the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP) and its Committee for Industrial Policy and Technical Regulation, invites you to attend the 4th Standardization Conference to discuss the requirements for the production and certification of hydrogen pipes.

Energy Ministry Works on Fuel Price Damper Changes for 2022

1prime.biz, November 17, 2021: The Energy Ministry is analyzing the reasons behind possible adjustment of the damper mechanism to cushion the fuel prices, and is calculating possible changes in 2022, the authority said in a statement on Wednesday. “Currently, the ministry is analyzing the reasons and calculating possible options for amending the damper for the automobile gasoline and for diesel fuel from January 1, 2022, taking into account the planned changes of excises and indexation of the baseline cut-off price in the damper’s formula,” the statement read. API Updates GHG Emissions Compendium

Rigzone.com, November 16, 2021: The American Petroleum Institute (API) has revealed that it has updated its compendium of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions methodologies for the natural gas and oil industry. The latest iteration, which is the fourth edition of the compendium and the first update since 2009, includes expanded methodologies for liquefied natural gas, as well as carbon capture, use and storage, the API notes. Russia Joins OPEC Pushback on U.S. Calls for More Oil Output

Worldoil.com, November 15, 2021: Russia says there is no shortage of oil in the global market and there may even be a surplus from early next year, adding to the chorus of other OPEC+ members to push back against calls from the U.S. to raise output faster.
“Inventories have stopped drawing, which shows there is no deficit at the moment,” Russia’s Deputy Energy Minister Pavel Sorokin told Bloomberg TV Monday in an interview on the sidelines of the Adipec oil and gas conference. Read more...

Interfax.com, November 18, 2021: The issue of recognition of the Russian Sputnik V coronavirus vaccine by the World Health Organization (WHO) is expected to be resolved soon, precisely in the next few months, Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) CEO Kirill Dmitriev said. "Everything will be resolved with the WHO literally in the near future. Russian Investment in US Government Securities Down to $3.9 bln in September

Tass.com, November 17, 2021: Russia’s investments in US government securities decreased to $3.918 bln in September compared with the previous month, according to the files released by the US Department of the Treasury. In August and July such investments were estimated at $4.004 bln and $4.006 bln, respectively. Long-term bonds amounted to $204 mln in September ($203 mln in August), whereas short-term bonds equaled $3.7 bln ($3.8 bln). Read more...

Vedomosti.ru, Ноябрь 16, 2021: Совместное предприятие (СП) «Роснефти» и британской BP «Ермак нефтегаз» открыло новое крупное газоконденсатное месторождение на Таймыре. Это подтвердила Госкомиссия по запасам полезных ископаемых, сообщила 15 ноября «Роснефть». Запасы месторождения оцениваются в 384 млрд куб. м газа.
