The USS Groton Sail Foundation is dedicated to preserving this legendary legacy. We are working tirelessly to build a permanent public monument featuring the actual sail and rudder of the nuclear submarine USS Groton (SSN-694). This landmark will honor the extraordinary designers, builders, and submariners who keep our nation safe.

Join Us at the Grand Wine & Spirits Fundraiser!
Our community partners at Grand Wine & Spirits are hosting a massive holiday weekend event. Drop by, enjoy the festivities, and help us build the monument:
When:
- Friday, July 3rd: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday, July 4th: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Sunday, July 5th: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Where: Exclusively at the Groton location: 255 CT-12, Groton, CT.
The Highlights: Come hungry and thirsty for a full weekend of free tastings and local food trucks. Featured trucks include PAR 4 on Friday (2 PM – 6 PM) and Southern Style Blazin' BBQ on Saturday (4 PM – 8 PM).
How it Helps: Stock up for your backyard barbecues—$2.50 from every Miller Lite 30-pack purchased during the event will be directly donated to the USS Groton Sail Foundation!
