Link Code in Emails Explained
From time to time I receive emails from customers who are wary about the links in our emails. For instance if you mouse over a link and pause a second or two before clicking, instead of seeing "https://www.uniquetek.com/..." you will see something like this;

Scary, right? But it is simply "tracking code" used by Constant Contact to give me statistics regarding our emails including Successful Deliveries, Open Rate and Click Through Rate to name a few. It does not collect any personal information. If you click on it, it will indeed take you to where it is supposed to go on our web site. I asked Constant Contact and their technical specialist says that there is no way to hide or mask the tracking code.

Orders from UK and EU Temporarily Suspended
Due to new and very complicated VAT paperwork now required for all shipments into the UK and EU, we have temporarily suspended taking orders from those countries as of 2021/07/22. This does not include international orders from other countries outside the EU and UK.

Order Shipped Notifications
A shipment notification is sent automatically to all customers. Unfortunately, they are frequently trapped by spam filters. So keep an eye on your "Spam" or "Junk Mail" folders after placing an order. The email will be From: Tina Linder with the email address [email protected]. If you add Tina to the "Safe Sender" list in your email program, it should prevent the problem.

Q: I load a lot of pre-primed brass and use your primer feed stop plate (T1742) on my 550 press to prevent me from accidentally trying to seat an already seated primer. But I also have an XL 650 press. Is there a similar product to deactivate the 650 primer punch?

A: Unfortunately, no. And I can't see any way of easily disabling it other than just removing it completely.

TIP: When removing/installing the Primer Seater Assembly (#21381 Sm or #21380 Lg), first remove the Primer Chute (#16210). You'll then have a lot more clearance for a wrench to remove the Primer Punch.
