Job Title        Utilities Transmission and Distribution - Advanced Distribution
Management System: Domain Lead
Duration of Hiring  3-4 months

Detailed job description - Skill Set:       
The typical responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the following:
* Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to manage scope 
change across Workstreams ensuring alignment with the business strategy.
* Create relevant documentation such as Software Requirement Document (SRD), 
Interface Requirement document ( IRD )
* Validate Business requirement and Business Requirements mapping to Capability 
and Release
* Validate Release level Functional Architecture alignment with Workstream 
scope to end-to-end objectives
* Validate alignment of Data and Integration requirements
* Validate test scenarios mapping to business requirements
* Validate end to end testing coverage
* Review and Identify Workstream Solution Gaps and validate impact analysis 
for the changes
* Perform As-Is and To-be Business Process Gap Analysis and provide improvement recommendations.
* Anchor client training, in-house capability building.
* Comprehend and design industry standard information exchange models 
like CIM (61970 & 61968)
* Review and provide recommendations on proposed infrastructure plan and 
quality assurance test plans.
* Participate in customer workshops, understand both functional and non-functional business requirement and business criticality of desired systems
* Anticipate customer needs and provide inputs for solution.

Qualifications Basic:
* Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
* At least 10 years of experience working as consultant or business analyst in 
Transmission and Distribution domain, Distribution Management System, Smart Grid
* At least 3 years of project Lead experience in the above-mentioned area

Must have skill:
* Demonstrated leadership and expertise in Transmission and Distribution domain,
Distribution Management System, Smart Grid
* Industry standard information exchange models like CIM (61970 & 61968)
* Excellent analytical and communication skill
* Working knowledge of Software development methodologies like waterfall, Agile
