Introducing “Text to Give”

239-388-3232

As you may have heard, UUCFM is implementing a new

church management software platform called “Breeze.”

Today we want to tell you about the new “Text to Give”

Breeze feature that will make it much easier to exercise your generosity.

We’re also kicking off a Fund-The-Fridge campaign to help pay for a new refrigerator in the kitchen in Hobart Hall to replace the old one that died recently.

You can write a check to help with the fridge purchase, or try Text to Give to see how easy it is!

1. In your smartphone text or message app, enter 239-388-3232 (This is UUCFM’s Text to Give phone number.)

2. Then, in the “message” area, type in the dollar amount you wish to donate and then the word Fridge, with a space between them (like this: $50 Fridge), then hit Send.

3. If this is your first Text to Give, you will be asked for your bank or credit card information. Your payment information will be saved for future donations.

4. That’s it!

5. If you make a mistake, just type Refund and the previous donation will be reversed.

It’s that easy. From anywhere. From any device. Give it a try.

We’ll have more later on other uses of Text to Give and other Breeze features.
