In the Spirit

What a day. It feels like summer outside but I have pulled out my winter coats and gloves. After years of being in resistance and fury mode, I watched my country go to the polls and vote against the current regime in a big way. Thank you to everyone who came to the Halloween Party, it was so much fun! A special shout out to everyone who helped with the setup and breakdown of the event.

Sunday we started Neighboring Faiths, a program where we learn and visit local faith traditions and gain a deeper understanding of Unitarian Universalism in the process. I am very excited to see what wonderful shape it will take this year! MORE

Are you passionate about environmental stewardship, community building, and caring for our shared home? Our Green Sanctuary Ministry Team was very strong and active for a good run. They have not been active for a number of years, and Rev. Vicki has proposed a new team called the Earth Care Ministry Team, which will be open to all members and active friends of the congregation.

There will be many ways to get involved. If you're interested in helping shape this renewed ministry, click here to learn more and sign up!

The annual UUCGL Halloween Party last Sunday was spooktacular, as always!
