There are two electronic media to keep you aware of what is happening at UUCM. Both are emailed to you.
- The monthly newsletter is distributed prior to the start of each month, so you can look ahead to the upcoming month(s) and mark your calendar with future events. It also contains interesting, varied and newsworthy items.
- The weekly update is much shorter (one page). It contains the weekly calendar and timely news items for the upcoming week.

- Submit your changes/updates about an event or a short "Save the Date" announcement. No long articles!
- Submit articles to [email protected]
- Put "Weekly Update" in the subject line of your email
- Deadline: Monday
- Review the online calendar prior to each month to be sure your event listing is correct. This is especially important for recurring events that have been populated to the calendar for the entire year.
The UUCM Calendar is the place to quickly find key information about anything happening at UUCM. There is a link to this calendar from uucm.org and the monthly and weekly newsletters.
- To reserve a room for an event, submit the key information, including a brief description, to the office admin. Email [email protected]
- Put "Calendar" in the subject line of your email
- Email any changes so we can update the calendar and notify people in the Weekly Update
- Include the actual start and end times of your event. Also specify if you need extra set-up or clean-up time.
It takes time and conscious effort to communicate all the great things that are happening at UUCM. Let us put the energy into making all the communications accurate, so everyone is "in the know" about UUCM happenings!
