Nature-ology Goes To Church

Tony Palermo

For over a decade, Tony Palermo, with intrepid colleagues Pat Laemmle and Harry Back, have covered elementary school across Pittsburgh with Nature Science outreach -- Nature-ology. In this session, Tony will survey the spectrum of critters the kids encounter. Think strange and surprising. And yes, there will be puppets

PLEASE NOTE: The June 22nd worship service will be a live stream from the UUA General Assembly and will start 11am.

Celebrating Life

Open Mic Night Tonight!

You are invited to be entertained by your talented friends. The West Room stage will be an open mic for anyone interested in singing a song, telling a joke, telling an interesting story, or ranting about the news — let’s keep it non-political.

Here's an idea -- make it a date night! Go out with some friends for dinner and come by the UUCNH Open Mic Night (formerly known as Coffeehouse) for entertainment. You'll have this opportunity every second Friday of the month at 7:30pm.

Open Mic night will be taking a break over the summer after this evening. See you in the fall.

Join Us In Celebrating the Life of Suzanne Broughton.

Bring your favorite stories and memories to church on Saturday, June 28th at 1 pm as we celebrate the life of our dear friend.

Rev. Vail Weller will be leading the worship service and Rev. Lee Anne Washington will be the worship associate.

The service will be livestreamed. Please contact office@uucnh.org for the link.

Bet you didn't know that gratitude grows on trees!

You can help our tree leaf out by expressing your gratitude for someone or something here at UUCNH. Print it on a leaf and affix it to the tree.

If you would rather, you may share your gratitude by printing on a dove and affixing it wherever you want.

By summer's end, we hope to have a fully leafed tree and a sky full of doves. Let's make it happen!
