THIS SUNDAY'S
DISCUSSION SERVICE
"A Question Box Service ...
Reflections on Pittsburgh and More!"

Rev. Sue Browning, Discussion Leader

Sunday, July 23, 2023 - 10 a.m.

ZOOM ONLY SERVICE

What questions do you have for Rev. Sue about Unitarian Universalism ... about social justice ... about our communities ... about ministry? At this "Question Box" service, Rev. Sue will share a few reflections on the recent Unitarian Universalist Association General Assembly in Pittsburgh and then open the service for questions on any (ok, about any) topic. Feel free to send questions in advance to Sue or to the office, or ask during the service. This is a 5th Sunday shared UUCR/UUFE service.

Please Help
The mission of UUCR is to inspire, inform, and support all who seek spiritual and personal growth and a more equal and just community. Please consider volunteering for one (or more) of the several open UUCR positions to help continue its mission. We are still in need of a board vice president, and several committees need additional members. If you can't commit for the entire fiscal year, you can still help by volunteering for many short-term positions, events, and projects, like the August 20 discussion leader or as a host for the potluck on August 18. None of the openings require official UUCR membership other than the board vice president position. If you want further information, are interested in any of the openings, or want to help but are just not sure where your interests and talents would fit in, please contact the UUCR office at uuofchesterriver@gmail.com.

Darlene Wiggers, Office Administrator
You are encouraged to share your joys and sorrows with the UUCR Pastoral Associates (see below). This team is a mixed group — but all have had previous life experiences and a variety of professional training in counseling and philosophy. Please contact one, or several of us, if you “want to talk.”
