THIS WEEK'S WORSHIP SERVICE

Sunday, December 29, 2024 — 10 am

"Counting My Blessings"

On the cusp of the new year, between having completed our wish lists for Christmas and ruminating on our resolutions for the New Year, we might very well take a moment to reflect on our blessings; those we celebrate every day, those we too often overlook and take for granted, and all those in between.

  • Rev. Greg Chute, Guest Speaker
  • Annie Lavin & Connie Schroth, Worship Leaders
  • Michael Casey, Musician
  • Nancy Holland, Coffee Host
  • Theo Kehm, RE

UPCOMING WORSHIP SERVICES

January 5 | "Myth and Mystery" — In-person & Zoom

Myths hold the mystery of humanity's experiences when we can't explain them. We shape myths with our social values, worldviews, and assumptions and in turn are shaped by these same myths. The dance of myth and mystery is a beautiful thing. Let's explore them together.

  • Rev. Kathryn Adams, Minister
  • Kim Agee, Worship Leader
  • Michael Casey, Musician

January 12 | "Fates" — In-person & Zoom

MINISTER'S COLUMN

It was wonderful to be with you for our Eve of the Eve in celebration of this season of rebirth and renewal in story and song. The word coming to mind is abundance. An abundance of conversations. An abundance of amazing cookies. An abundance of new acquaintances with those who visit annually and those who just found our congregation. Finally, an abundance of warmth and community. I look forward to doing the work of Christmas with you throughout the year.
