Mindful Discussions for Adults - held in the Downstairs Common Area

Topic this Sunday: "Reflecting on 2025: Part 2." For many people, taking time to reflect on what was meaningful or important in our lives in the past year helps us move forward by allowing us to recognize growth, appreciate progress, and learn from mistakes. This can serve to strengthen future decision-making and goal setting, and it can help us avoid repeating patterns of behavior that aren't beneficial. This week, we'll continue discussing our responses to several questions about the past year which we began last Sunday. We hope you'll join us as we look to move forward into 2026 with determination and resilience.

We are excited to welcome children and youth ages 5+ to participate in Religious Exploration at UUFF! Classrooms are downstairs and have signs to direct participants.
