UUFF Cares Updates
Mike McMullin had his right shoulder replaced this past Wednesday and has been recuperating at home. We wish Mike quick healing!

Kathy Benton suffered a bout of Bell's Palsy recently and is recovering slowly but surely. Please keep her in your thoughts and hearts and check in on her (via phone or mail) if you can.

The Virus continues to ravage our Marshallese families. The Marshallese COVID Task Force has asked for face masks in addition to ongoing donations of rice, canned meats, and kid-friendly snacks . If you’d like to donate, you can drop donations off on Stephanie Bentley’s porch at 3868 Serenity in Springdale. She will get all donations to her Task Force contact at the end of each week.

UUFF members recently donated over $500 to the Minister's Discretionary Fund specifically to support Marshallese Families. Thanks for your caring and generosity. Please contact Rev. Jim Parrish if you have any questions or wish to donate!
UUFF Announcements, Events, and Opportunities!
Kids 11+ join us via Zoom August 5th at 6:30pm!
The UUFF Youth RE team will host an online "connection, cheer and caring" time for talking, sharing and fun, as well as encouraging self and community-care. We will discuss a new bi-weekly online RE youth program for the Fall and explore youth preferences for these online gatherings. We'll plan to be together for approximately 45 minutes.

The UUFF Board of Directors sends heartfelt thanks to Y'ALL group, Anne Prichard, Fawn Smith, and Cliff Beacham for their participation in creating and installing a Little Library/Pantry on the grounds of UUFF. Great work!

This project was started by UUFF's Young Adults Leading and Learning (Y'ALL) group and has been completed and installed by Cliff Beacham. You'll find it along the sidewalk to the right of the entrance to our main parking lot. We have limited space in there, but we'd like to keep it stocked with a combination of books and some pantry items to help out those in need. If you have a few things to contribute (and I mean a few!), you can drop them off at UUFF or place them directly into the Free Little "Pan-brary" (clever, eh? Hah!).
Most of our programs, etc. are on hold for the time being, but feel free to peruse the website for more information on usual UUFF Programs and Events with an eye to the future!
