Huber's will be participating at the Food & Hotel Asia happening at the Singapore Expo from 24 - 27 April. It's mainly a trade fair for F&B professionals however on Friday, 27th April, it is open to the public. Our booth is 9B2-01, do stop by to say Hi if you're there.
 
I took advantage of the Easter break to cook some lamb. More notably the new Mottainai Omega Lamb. This lamb which is fed predominantly on carrots and some olives has superior eating quality to grass fed lamb. The fat is light and sweet and the lamb is extremely tender. There are also health benefits with the lamb having 2-3 times more Omega 3 than grass fed beef and lamb. Pictured below if the Omega Lamb Neck Fillet which I reverse seared by putting in the oven for 50 mins, brought it out to let it rest for 15 minutes before searing it on the pan at high heat for 1 minute each side.
