I have been to Hungary a few times and one of my favourite dishes there is the Hungarian goulash. Much of how the dish turns out is dependent on the paprika and I'm glad I was able to find a top quality supply of paprika to import so that I can cook goulash and season my meat with the paprika at home.
There was a wild boar in Hungary that was found to be infected with the Asian Swine Fever and hence we have not been able to import Hungarian salami and Mangalica pork. The Hungarian authorities are working closely with Singapore Food Agency (formerly known as AVA) to try and have it available again and we hope we can bring you these products again in due time.
