Building News & Updates

• The existing Frontier/Verizon DSL Internet and Phone Services have been disconnected. The existing areas (Manager office, gym, Billiard & TV room were consolidated to one account and migrated to Spectrum Internet services at no additional cost since one additional account is part of our existing contract.
• Owners can now enjoy Spectrum higher speed internet services vs Legacy Verizon DSL services in all these areas.
• Various Legacy copper phone lines were also disconnected and migrated to Spectrum Voice.
• This consolidation has exceeded a savings over $350.00 monthly.

• Two vestibule AC units were replaced as they were end of life and failed to function. The gym AC stopped working and was repaired to working order. Our building manager's due diligence achieved a saving for the membership of approximately $3,000. as he was able to find a new AC vendor with very aggressive pricing compared to other quotes.

• A sprinkler leak in the 17th floor north hallway was detected and repaired. Thanks to Manny and Bill for working past 10:30 p.m. with our vendor to get the system repaired and operational again.

• The glass doors leading to the Mickey Mouse pool from the Club Room were refurbished with new closers and hinges. The doors had deteriorated to a point they were very difficult to open and close. The doors now open smoothly and close automatically without a struggle.

Package Deliveries

Now that Covid restrictions have been lifted, package couriers will be instructed to delivery packages directly to your door. 

You may already have noticed the shelving rack near the

locker room has being removed.

Exercise Room

New guidelines have been established while using the Exercise Room. Please take a minute to read through the guidelines. 

To insure everyone's safety children under the age of ten

are not permitted at any time.

Hurricane Evacuation Zones

Pinellas County's Emergency Management department updated evacuation zones for 2022 hurricane season based upon the latest storm surge data models from the National Hurricane Center.

Clothing items priced $100 or less, school supplies, personal computers & accessories less than $1,500, learning aids & puzzles $30 or less.

September 3 - 9

Hand & power tools, power tool batteries, safety gear, tool belts, totes and duffle bags, LED flashlights, and certain plumbing tools.
