For over ten years we have set our sights on covering the globe with our patented panel systems in an effort to once and for all prove to the world that our methodology of putting green and tee box construction is far superior to traditional stone and gravel techniques.
When contacted by Terry Anton, founder of SNAG golf (an innovative teaching method for the advancement of the game of golf), he outlined his plan to build the first six hole SNAG golf course in Tahlequah Oklahoma and was relying on the UltraBaseSystems technology to be the foundation of this inspirational project, I could not have been more excited.
Nearly a year in planning, Terry, his team and I worked together to create a design that would allow for the construction of six 1000 sq ft plus greens and six tee boxes in just a week. When I arrived on the job site and saw for myself Terry's vision it was awe inspiring. A world class golf course designed and constructed for the needs of the SNAG teaching system. Terry's enthusiasm for his program and meticulous attention to detail mimics my passion for our panel system and together we have created something extraordinary; as I like to call it miniature golf on steroids.
Terry's recent partnership with Jack Nicklaus Golf and the recent Wall Street Journal article has catapulted Terry's program to new heights. We are grateful for the confidence Terry has shown in Tour Links and UltraBaseSystems and even more proud to share with you the photo documentation of this spectacular vision and project. For anyone who is still hesitant about the viability of panel base technology and the ability of our system to mimic what Mother Nature has created and to outperform rock and gravel bases, it's time to look again.
