Friends of the Farm-

It's been a productive week at the farm as cooler temperatures were welcomed by both the crops and our team. Bed rotation, new transplanting, weeding and continued farm infrastructure continue to keep our team busy. The fall and winter crops have our attention both by way of our greenhouse seeding of kales, cabbages, squashes, ect and readying beds for sowing beans and more!

This week's recipe combines a number of produce box features in a Mediterranean inspired roast vegetable mix. Fresh thyme and spices like smoke paprika and sumac bring warming flavors while the roasted cherry tomatoes pop with flavor to compliment.
