We're up to something fun this week! In our harvest of Mokum Carrots for your CSA box we've dug-up two sets of these "Lover's Carrots" (seen in the photo). Find one of these bunches in your CSA box this week, snap a photo, and tag @UmbelRoots and you'll get an addition of 1 doz eggs in next week's delivery, on us. Best of luck!

This week's recipe features a quick beet tzatziki which can be enjoyed at this week's picnic or summer barbecue. It's a great complement to many of this week's vegetables and your favorite crudité.
