We look forward to welcoming many of you to next Saturday's farm dinner! Thank you to all whom have purchased tickets and look forward to the first in the series. This week's recipe centers around the Castelfranco greens. A bitter green at heart, this week's ingredient is best when charred and seasoned with salt & pepper, and squeeze of fresh lemon juice. This week's beans, tomatoes, and herbs are a nice compliment when combined in a late-summer grilled salad.
