Unbridled Freedom!

Are You Willing to Participate?  

It is a humbling experience as you approach an event such as Oh Break Out! You've sweat and you've toiled to the point that your emotions bounce all over the place. Suddenly it dawns on you; I was never in control in the first place. God is the one who is and has always been in control. It is as though He allows us to move

through and at the right moment He lets us know that He truly has everything in His hands.

We are just a few days away from Oh Break Out. This is the fifth time I've waltzed down this path. Each time has been different, but enlightening. This year is no exception. I'm like a kid on Christmas Eve waiting for Christmas to come. I remember all of us (my siblings and me) huddled together saying in different intervals that we were sleep in hopes we could receive the imminent gifts that awaited us.

That is where I am. It seems as though time is moving fast yet it appears as though it is not moving fast enough. The gift that God has for not only me, but each person who makes their way to Oh Break Out increases my anticipation. The blessing of the Lord maketh rich and adds no sorrow.

The other day I had a conversation with a young woman and she told me that she had confided to her husband that it was because of Oh Break Out they were married. Paraphrasing her words, Oh Break Out stopped her from marrying the wrong person. Wow!

I'm always delighted to hear the various testimonies of so many people who have broken out of one thing or the other. It confirms my obedience to coordinate and host this event. There is always a certain amount of melancholic sentiments associated with the final days preceding it. Exhaustion waits patiently for the event to be over when you can have an aha moment and just do nothing. Yet, your heart wishes that there was a little more time.

Needless to say it is upon us. It is here! Every year I walk away with a fresh perspective that propels me into my future. This year I've come to realize that God's blessing is on your productivity. All you have to do is do whatever He tells you to do and you will be successful.

This revelation has propelled me to work smarter and not harder, and I have been able to achieve results I never thought imaginable. These past years hosting Oh Break Out so many shackles have fallen off. Oh Break Out, born out of the pain inflicted by a tyrannical leader, maturates into a movement of unbridled freedom for those willing to participate.

It is my earnest desire and prayer that you will participate and join us on this Saturday for an Experience like none other! See you there!
