Training Information
This CLE training will cover the basics of uncontested divorce from start to finish, including preparing the paperwork, jurisdiction and grounds for divorce, how to commence the action and complete service, and submission and Entry of Judgement. The training will also address how Kings County Supreme Court Procedures have changed as a result of COVID-19 

Please register for the CLE by noon on May 24th (see the register button below), so we can send you a link to the Zoom meeting.  
2 CLE credits available. Appropriate for newly admitted and experienced attorneys. 

Please note there will be a separate CLE training on June 15th from 2pm to 3pm covering child support calculations in an uncontested divorce. A separate training announcement and registration link will be sent for that training.
