Royal Purple Member Information

Let's discuss landscapes and their role in this challenge. A "landscape" photograph captures the essence of the natural and built environment, showcasing expanses of scenery that can include mountains, forests, urban skylines, or any broad view of the outdoors. The choice is yours.


You RPM folks will pick 1 landscape photograph that will be a "perfect" reference photo for a painting. You will use the special form to submit your image, and we will set up the initial page for your submission.

Zoom Call REPLAY Time!

Did you miss last week's Zoom Call about the Second Round of Reference Photos?


Jon and Ginger on various topics, including design principles in photography, painting, and the use of AI and other software for photo editing and painting. They also explored the challenges of learning new skills, scaling applications, and improving website navigation and search functionality. Towards the end, they addressed issues related to finding specific artwork, the use of social media for sharing work, and the importance of updating personal bios on their main site. 


There were some great photos and lot of discussion as we went through them all. This video is about 2-1/2 hours long, so be prepared to learn a lot!


Also, if you have questions about the tools that you're trying to use, please use the forum to ask the question, because other RPMs might have the same questions.
