The newest edition of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Consumer Guide series, Consumer Guide: Seller Disclosures, covers the basics of what home characteristics sellers are required to disclose to help potential buyers make informed decisions and protect sellers from legal liability.

Designed to be given directly to prospective clients, NAR’s Consumer Guide is an ongoing campaign to help members bring clarity to the practice changes for consumers.

2026 NAR Committee Applications

Are Now Open! 

Help shape the direction of the National Association of REALTORS® and apply for a committee! Applications are accepted until Thursday, May 15, 2025.

NEXUS members who receive a committee appointment may receive a stipend to help offset the cost of in-person attendance at meetings provided they request and are endorsed by the NEXUS President and the CEO during the application process.

To be endorsed, the NEXUS member must 1.) Request the endorsement (included in online application).

2.) Be in active status and good standing at the time of the request.

3.) Have made a minimum $100 RPAC investment for the current year.

4.) Have served on the Board of Directors or a committee at any level of the REALTOR® association, including affiliated organizations (WCR, RRC, etc.), for at least two years prior to the application year.
