Greetings!
Recently, I've been working with a number of individuals who've been experiencing lower back pain. Thankfully, as a function of their respective dedication and consistency to their programs, each person has made considerable strides (literally and figuratively) in how they're feeling, moving, and walking.
The question we seek to answer is:
WHY does each person have their respective pain?
An approach or exercise that helps person A might do the opposite for person B.
Postural Therapy assesses and addresses each person on a highly individualized and unique level. (Please visit www.meridianphysio.com if you'd like learn more).
For example, will the same postural exercises, stretches, or positions benefit someone whose pelvis is in flexion versus extension (pictures below on the right and left)?
