With recent shifts in the labor market, The NABE Foundation is committed to making resources available to economists, analysts, statisticians, and related professionals searching for a new position due to a job loss or an early retirement.

To help with networking and career development, The NABE Foundation has approved a grant covering a full scholarship to the Policy Conference and (nearly) full scholarships for upcoming professional development courses. All selected applicants will also receive a complimentary one-year NABE Membership which provides access to NABE’s job board, salary survey and other career services and networking opportunities.

Scholarship recipients are asked to contribute a small fee, equivalent to less than 10% of the scholarship amount, to cover course-related expenses.

Who Can Apply?

• Recently unemployed and actively seeking a new position in economics or statistics
• – OR –
• Have accepted an early retirement package and plan to begin a job search for a position in 2025.

Space is limited, and an application is required.

Please note that NABE membership is not required to apply. This offer is only available for new registrations.
