UNHINGED ANTI-VAXXER EMAIL TO
MRFF LEADS TO DISCOVERY THAT USAFA
PREP SCHOOL INSTRUCTOR IS ASSOCIATED
WITH RADICAL ANTI-GOVERNMENT GROUP

In response to a Daily Kos op-ed by MRFF Advisory Board
Member, retired USAF Brigadier General, and former Air Force Academy department head Marty France advocating punishment
for the Air Force Academy cadets refusing the COVID vaccine on
so-called "religious" grounds, MRFF received an unhinged email from Air Force Academy Prep School Instructor Dr. Sandy Miarecki, Lt Col, USAF (retired), decrying MRFF's stance and falsely insisting that the COVID vaccines aren't FDA-approved.
(See full emails between Dr. Miarecki and Marty France below.)

A bit of digging by MRFF's research department turned up some shocking information about Dr. Miarecki, the most shocking of
which was her association with the subversive anti-government group “Republic for the United States,” which seeks to replace
the government of the United States and claims to already
have a “parallel” government that is “functioning along
side of the current corporate government system.”

MRFF summary of article:

The CS Indy covers in depth MRFF's discovery of Air Force Academy Prep School instructor Dr. Sandy Miarecki’s association with the subversive anti-government group “Republic for the United States,” as well as her boasting that she's filed complaints against the chain of command at the Academy in an effort to "take them down,” calling the Academy "a piece of trash now, thanks to the current leadership." Much background information on the “Republic for the United States” is included.

Dr. Miarecki was on the March 16, 2022 episode of the Republic for the United States’s poscast. The episode was titled “Update from the Beachhead,” and the episode’s description began “Retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel Sandy Miarecki gives us a strategic update from ground zero of the battle to save our military from destruction by the NWO [New World Order].”

To provide a sense of this subversive group's conspiracy-theory-laden ideology, the following is an excerpt from one of the podcast's hosts, from the same episode that Dr. Miarecki appeared on:

“This war in Ukraine with Russia as bad and evil as it may be, the deep state – they’re using this to bring in Chrislam behind your back undercover. That’s the one world religion due begin worldwide around Passover and Easter time. The buildings in Dubai are about built and ready to be housed. The Pope and the Muslims and the Hindus and those in Israel have all signed what they call the Abraham accord. Trump was involved in that at the White House. They’re ready to go with this. …. We are at war; we’ve been at war for two years. It started with the COVID. The American people are dumbed down like Joe and Sandy have been saying. They’re different; they don’t care about certain things. Now is when the enemy will attack the homeland. Be aware.”

Dr. Miarecki's segment begins at 2:05.
MRFF Founder and President Mikey Weinstein's
statement on extremist Dr. Sandy Miarecki's
employment by the Air Force Academy Prep School

Friday, May 27, 2022
Mikey Weinstein
“It is the well-considered and researched opinion of the Military Religious Freedom Foundation (MRFF) that Dr. Sandy Miarecki has absolutely NO business teaching either USAF Academy cadets or USAF Academy Preparatory School cadet candidates, especially at taxpayers’ expense.

On the afternoon of Tuesday, May 24, 2022, she E-mailed me and other MRFF staffers, out of the blue, a rambling, poorly researched, nonsensical diatribe apparently attempting to baselessly attack MRFF for our public stance insisting that the USAF Academy cadets who are refusing to get the COVID vaccines be punished for doing so. She even suggested that MRFF was somehow “…”in on the scam, probably getting paid off."

As the day wore on, there were a number of further E-mail exchanges between her and me as well as one between MRFF Advisory Board Member retired Brigadier General Marty France (who is also the MRFF representative for the USAF Academy) and Dr. Miarecki.

The utterly shocking information uncovered by our MRFF research staff about Dr. Miarecki, in our opinion, brands her incontrovertibly as a virulent anti-COVID vaccine activist and an anti-U.S. government extremist who also seemingly believes that the 2020 presidential election was fraudulent. The fact that she is attempting to raise money for her “causes” on a sectarian Christian funding website, in our opinion, when combined with all of the foregoing deeply troubling information, also raises the grave specter as to whether or not she is a Christian nationalist?

Based on our research, it is MRFF’s opinion that serious questions need to be raised as to how this individual was EVER employed by the USAF Academy faculty for even a minute let alone a number of years. Likewise, MRFF further seriously questions how it is that, given her outspoken universal denigration of the USAF Academy as a whole, (comparing the Air Force Academy to a “piece of trash now”) and her similar denigration of current USAF Academy leadership in this direct and specific regard (“thanks to the current leadership”), she is STILL employed at the USAF Academy Preparatory School?”

In the opinion of MRFF, Dr. Miarecki should be light years away from any further contact with either the USAF Academy or the USAF Academy Preparatory School.”

Dear representatives of Military Religious Freedom,

It is obvious to me that your organization is lacking knowledge about the situation pertaining to the Air Force Academy cadets. First, the so-called orders to get the shot or get kicked out (coercion) CLEARLY indicate that only approved vaccines can satisfy the order.

From SecDef Austin's 24 Aug 2021 memo:

"Mandatory vaccination against COVID-19 will only use COVID-19 vaccines that receive full licensure from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), in accordance with FDA-approved labeling and guidance."

According to the CDC's own website, there are currently only 2 so-called approved vaccines: Comirnaty and SpikeVax. And according to that same website, neither one is available in the US because both manufacturers are not producing it yet.
Chart from CDC website
Chart from CDC website
So how do you propose that these cadets (and all active duty, guard, reserves, ROTC, etc.) comply with this so-called order? Taking an EUA vaccine is NOT an approved vaccine, so if someone took the EUA vaccine, they would be disobeying the order. And yet many people in the military have taken the EUA vaccine and somehow not gotten into trouble. Obviously there is an agenda here, and it most definitely is NOT the health of the service.

So please educate yourself before you go off half-cocked commenting about the situation. A retraction by your organization is certainly in order, but I would bet hard money that you won't do this. Because, as I would suspect, you are in on the scam, probably getting paid off. Military Religious Freedom? My ass. Stop kidding yourselves and the rest of the country with your phoney name. And stay in your lane.

Sincerely,

MRFF Advisory Board Member Marty France's response:

Dr Miarecki,

Thanks for contacting the Military Religious Freedom Foundation (MRFF)! I occasionally respond to emails directed to the MRFF such as yours. To begin with, the table you show below is a cross code table from the CDC website--it something that allows comparisons and cross use of differently labeled vaccines. Nowhere does it say that ONLY European formulations are approved and American manufactured versions are not. Do you realize that EUA doesn't mean European? It means Emergency Use Authorization. In fact, the CDC website does show that both the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines are fully approved (click on the links). Now that they've received full approval, as the links indicate, they can be marketed under proprietary names, hence the Spikevax and Comirnaty shown in your table below. It's all so confusing for someone of your amazing technical skills--I'm sorry for that.

Again, from the site:

Pfizer-BioNTech (COMIRNATY) received U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval on August 23, 2021, for individuals ages 16 years and older. Once vaccines are approved by the FDA, companies can market the vaccines under brand names. COMIRNATY is the brand name for the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine. After FDA approval, the FDA-authorized Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine for individuals ages 16 years and older was marketed as COMIRNATY. No change was made to the vaccine’s formula with the name change.

The added emphasis (bold letters) are from the CDC. They are fully approved. They are the same vaccines available to cadets, faculty, staff, and all members of the military. You cited the page incorrectly--you were using old information improperly to make a point and failed. Nice research work. I suggest you present this at any upcoming academic promotion board.

Please share this with the dept heads for Chemistry and Physics. I can guarantee you that this note will be going to the Superintendentt and Dean of Faculty.

Remember, the SecDef made these mandatory and that mandate was validated when the vaccines received full approval.

Even schools like Berkeley have vaccine mandates and consequences for those that don't comply:  https://uhs.berkeley.edu/requirements/covid19 That's not coercion. As you may have learned at USAFA, the military command authority can and does mandate vaccines for operational readiness and public health reasons. The cadets that objected to the CoVID vaccines has already complied with other vaccination orders and even received vaccines that used fetal cell lines in their development--apparently without prior complaint (Hep A, MMR, Chickenpox).

I'm very sorry that we didn't get to know each other if our time at USAFA overlapped. I left in 2018 and don't think we've met.

I do hope you enjoy chatting about this with BG Letendre and Lt Gen Clark. You make my alma mater proud.

Sincerely,
Marty France

Dr. Miarecki's response to Marty France's response:

Don't fret, I am not the one who is confused here. I know what the press releases say about "approval," but that doesn't mean that the FDA followed their own regulations. I also know the labeling laws, which apparently you do not. I also know 10 USC 1107 very well, which apparently you do not.

The entire chain of command at USAFA is already under investigation, through DoD/IG complaints that I formally filed, in addition to Office of Special Counsel complaints. They are fully aware of my efforts to take them down. But go ahead and do whatever you wish. It might actually help my efforts. Your alma mater is a piece of trash now, thanks to the current leadership.

Memorial Day – A Time For Remembrance

By: MRFF Board Member John Compere

Memorial Day, 2022
John Compere
Memorial Day on May 30 is our national holiday for remembering the patriotic men and women who sacrificed their lives in the military service of this country to preserve the freedoms we cherish as Americans. Many Americans do not know the origin, meaning and significance.

This day of remembrance has been observed since 1868 to honorably memorialize our brave military members who gave their lives defending this country. The genesis came from Northern and Southern women who decorated the graves of fallen soldiers with flowers in respectful remembrance during and after the Civil War. It was originally known as Decoration Day.

It became Memorial Day and a federal holiday set on the last Monday of May by the 1971 National Holiday Act. The 2000 National Moment of Remembrance Act requests that we pause for one minute at 3pm on Memorial Day as an act of national unity to respectfully remember America's fallen military heroes. Memorial Day weekend starts the summer vacation season.

Memorial Day should not be confused with Veterans Day (every November 11th) recognizing living and deceased military veterans who honorably served any length of time during peace or war and are no longing serving or Armed Forces Day (3rd Saturday in May) recognizing military men and women currently serving. We commemorate three distinct categories of military service with three different national observances. Armed Forces Day is for those still serving in uniform, Veterans Day is for those who have hung up their uniform and Memorial Day is for those who never made it out of their uniform.

The first American revolutionary fatality was Crispus Attucks, an American stevedore of African and Native descent, killed by the British during the Boston Massacre over 250 years ago. Eight citizen-soldiers fell later at the beginning of American Revolution armed hostilities near Lexington, Massachusetts. 1,354,644 have perished fighting for this country and 40,031 remain missing in action. There will be more as long as we humans remain a warring species. Greek Philosopher PLATO wisely warned “Only the dead have seen the end of war”.

Patriotic remembrance ceremonies and events are held throughout the country, including the National Memorial Day Concert on PBS and a wreath placing ceremony by the President at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Arlington National Cemetery. The American Legion crimson poppy flower is sold and worn as the nationally recognized symbol of sacrifice for those who gave their lives in the service of their country.

On Memorial Day, the American flag is traditionally raised to the top of the staff in the morning and lowered to half-staff until noon when it is raised back to full staff for the rest of the day. Lowering the flag to half-staff represents remembrance of those fallen. Return to full staff symbolizes their memory being raised by the living who resolve not to let their sacrifice be in vain, but to rise up and continue the fight for liberty and justice.

Another American tradition observed during Memorial Day weekend is the placing of coins on graves of deceased military members who gave their lives serving our country. It is a symbolic act of respect and gratitude for their service and sacrifice. Coins of different denominations have distinct meanings (Penny – you knew the deceased, Nickel – you and the deceased attended basic training together, Dime – you and the deceased served together, and Quarter – you were present when the deceased was killed).

Vietnam War veterans established a different but related coin tradition. Change of any denomination can be left at the grave of a deceased military comrade as the “down-payment” on a promise to buy him or her a drink when you meet in the afterlife. The custom of placing coins with the deceased originated in ancient Greek mythology.

Wherever you may be this Memorial Day, please pause for a moment to remember with patriotic pride and genuine gratitude our brave military men and women who sacrificed their precious lives for our cherished American liberties.

“...as a nation, we must always remember – always remember. We must remember the price that was paid for our liberties. We must remember the debt we owe those who have paid it, and the families left behind.” - President Joe Biden (Memorial Day Service, White House, 2021)

Mickey,

I think that you are losing the plot and your focus. It is inconsistent for you to celebrate religious freedom and freedom from religion on the one hand in the military, and then categorically denigrate a group of people who are seeking to exercise such freedom on religious grounds, and simply state that that the safety and well being of the larger group trumps such protection and freedom. On that argument, any number of abuses, including abuses that you are fighting against, could be mandated for the sake and effective cohesion of the whole. An inordinate amount of religious diversity and practice within the military, for example, could be one such causality based on the same logic.

Ditto on the blurb about gun legislation. I like you best when you stick to your knitting and expertise, rather than seeing you drift into the general mantras of the leftward side of the Democratic party.

I have followed your information for years with interest, but have found you becoming more and more vindictive, irrational and mean-spirited. I am uncertain what is causing this but I think that you should change your tone.

Best to you,
