Unicorn License

Unicorns have always been difficult to license. It's been tough for us in the real estate community to tell a family they can't have their unicorn. But, the times they are a changin'. It looks like bureaucracy is loosening up.

The next time a client asks you if they can keep a unicorn in the backyard, you can tell them there is now hope!

UNICORN LICENSE

A little girl wrote to LA county officials asking for permission to keep a unicorn in her backyard if she could find one.

Animal control agreed, granting their very first unicorn license.
