Unicycle Love
This month we are going to look at saddles. Saddles are great when they
don't move while you are using them. If the saddle moves, it may throw off your balance and make riding a challenge. Even worse, you could get hurt trying to complete a trick you have been working on. There are two different styles of hardware that hold the saddle to the seatpost. The first style is a 10mm - 1.5 acorn nut. The most common and still widely used should be kept snug. If you have a torque wrench handy it will be 10 ft-lbs/13.6 N-m. The second style is a 4mm or 5mm M5 button head. This is used in the new KH saddle base, you want to keep this tight as well. If you have a torque wrench handy it will be 8 ft-lbs/10.8 N-m.

Spiderman Trials Unicycle on sale!
The Nimbus trials unicycle was designed to ride over obstacles without any part of the rider touching the ground. The obstacles traversed can be set up specifically for the purpose of unicycle trials. These are often walls, railings, ledges and other "street furniture" found in an urban environment (also known as a session style sport).
