There will be Sunday School and Childcare today.

Join us as we break bread and celebrate World Communion Sunday. This year's Confirmation Class will be with us in worship, with students from both Union Cong and Glen Ridge Congregational Church. 

Kids in 2nd grade and up are invited to stay in worship this Sunday. Childcare will be available for those in 1st grade and younger.

We will also honor the 50th Anniversary of the church fire. After worship, a slideshow and artifacts from the fire will be displayed in the Assembly Room, with thanks to the Archives Team!

Next Sunday Is Our Blessing Of The Animals Worship Service!

We invite you to bring your beloved pets to Sunday worship for a special blessing in recognition of the love, joy, and companionship they bring into our lives. There will also be a slideshow of congregational members and their pets displayed in the Assembly Room after worship. Email your photos to Kim (kcrabtree@unioncong.org) to be included.

Save-The-Date For The Quarterly Congregational Meeting: Sunday, October 19th After Worship

The meeting will be available in person and on Zoom. There will be a discussion and congregational vote about selling the P2 lot and updates about the Building Renewal project.

On Monday, October 13th from 3:30pm-5pm, our Congregation is partnering with local freelance Rabbi Nikki DeBlosi to learn about the holiday of Sukkot.

Women's Breakfast: Saturday, October 18 at 9am: Roxanne Kent and Gabe Sahyoun talk about Family Promise's "Circles" Program

Gabe will give an interactive presentation on the root causes of poverty and why the Circles methods perfectly suited to eradicating poverty for the participants, their extended families, neighbors, and friends. Roxanne will speak about her experience of volunteering, the joys of connecting with the families involved with Circles and the deep meaning this mission has held for her in her life.
