Unison supports you, your customers, and our products. We offer a 60 day labor warranty for shipped product defects. This limited labor warranty begins at the completion of start-up by a Unison Certified technician with a submitted and qualified start-up report. Please contact the Unison Technical support team for labor warranty authorizations or to receive a copy of the start-up report document.

When designing a project, providing complete and accurate information to the Unison sales team is key. Utilizing the Innovent design request form will assist in gathering all the necessary data that our Sales team needs to respond to you, and your customers as quickly as possible. Because of your hard work, Valent has had incredibly strong orders which is great news. Order pace does, as you can imagine, impact lead times, so we ask that you stay up to date on current lead times and give your customers the most accurate information possible.
