Bargain Basket Development Town Hall | |

A Bargain Basket Project Town Hall Meeting will be held this Sunday, March 9, 2025 at 11:00AM in Disseler Hall. All members of the church are encouraged to attend this important event to learn about the exciting plans to expand the Bargain Basket store and build a new parking lot. At the Town Hall the Bargain Basket Steering Committee will share plans and renderings, provide a progress update, present a preliminary project budget and a five year business plan for the Bargain Basket. If you are interested in the future of the Bargain Basket, this meeting is not to be missed! | |

The Mission Committee has designated Pacific Palisades Presbyterian Church as the recipient of the Easter offering. This is a church that Pastor Ed previously served at and it was completely destroyed in the California fires. Your gifts will be used to meet needs of the congregation and rebuilding the church.

Judy Daye will portray Biblical Ruth circa 1100 BC. Through Ruth’s faith, the Lord welcomes her into his covenant community. By Ruth’s unswerving loyalty to her mother-in-law Naomi, she matches the great matriarchs of ancient Israel. Ruth is one of only five women mentioned in Jesus’ genealogy found in the Gospel of Matthew.

Busy on Sunday? No worries, United Church of Marco Island has a fun Saturday Night Worship Service at 4:30 PM.
Scheduled for every Saturday at 4:30 pm, the 45 minute service will be held near the stage of Disseler Hall and feature video clips and pictures to drive home the message of the gospel!

Saturday, April 5th, 2025 at 4:00-7:00 PM The Bargain Basket Committee has organized a very fun event open to the public called "Thrifty and Fifty" that will be held at Veteran's Park. Please invite all friends and family to come celebrate 50 years of giving back! There will be NO Saturday Night Service on April 5th, 2025!

Just a reminder to anyone whose age or health might preclude them from driving to worship on Sunday morning. Through United Church’s Rush Fund, we offer a free ride to church on Sunday mornings through a local transportation company.
To be eligible, you must live on Marco Island or in South Naples (on 951) If you’re interested, call our church office: 239-394-6572

Angel Food Ministry
The Angel Food Ministry helps relieve the burden of meal preparation for our church family and Bargain Basket volunteers by allowing them to rest in the knowledge that meals will be provided during times of difficulty.
